Hi I have now, seen this several times. Suddently when hitting "F" to reset view, the camera freezes. I am not able to change view, move around etc. What ever is on the screen is working, and clickable, but "right click" is suddently disabled and F doesn't work either. I ended my flight, went back into the A300, and still the same. Just locked in the default view. Able to use the systems visible 🙂 I ended the flight again, went into the PMDG instead, and everything worked as expected. So it seems to follow the A300, even if you end the flight and get back into the cockpit. Everytime I have had this issue, it came when I hit "F". BR Steen Pedersen

Hello, Love the A310, amazing aircraft. Had an issue today departing CYYZ, on take-off the speed tape wasn't accelerating. Once airborne the speed tape showed a red line until passing 10,000 FT when it kicked in and started working. First time I've come across this issue. I've only just started flying the A310 in winter weather, might be something to do with that. I'll test some flights and let you know. Brgds

Hey, since the new year I’m experiencing problems with the A310. I receive alert sounds when the plane should be ok. After that the game shows a screen where it’s written, that I would have crashed. But the plane is fine… other times all cockpit screens turn black in midflight.. sometimes I get kicked out of the game.. and sometimes thrustlevers simply don’t work. And other times autothrust is engaged or it feels like, because the plane reacts totally wrong. I’ve calibrated the thrustmaster and I’m playing on Xbox series X the worst is when all happens after another. Also had the problem of having a bit of asymmetric thrust for a few minutes… …

A few hours into a flight the aircraft completely froze up. The sim continued but every screen in the a310 was frozen and none of the buttons were working. I went into dev mode and took a screenshot of the error. I had just copied a secondary flight plan in the fmc right before this crash happened.

As per the title, are there any major updates being considered for the A310 now that the A300 has been released, oddly with better systems than the A310 which actually "donated" those as retrofits? I'm speaking of the P&W engines, the better PFD line geometry with curves, texturing, AP behaviour... The A310 is an amazing airliner and, although free, it's starting to feel a bit of a letdown almost to the point of "i wish it was a paid addon such as the A300 so it could be done justice to it". Cruising along nicely I paused the flight for 2 to 3 hours using ESC. When resuming the flight I was presented with a cabin altitude warning. On a second flight I did the same, but used developer mode pause in addition with the same outcome.

Hello, I wanted to try the A310 first before buying the A300 and sadly it doesn't work. On the first try it went out of MSFS. On the second run the buttons and levers of the overhead work but doesn't produce any response on the cockpit screens, not even sounds. Turned on the batteries (three of them) the GPU (showing available) but nothing happened. Black screens. No response at all. The only visible screen is the EFB. Tried on MSFS SAFE MODE... nothing. So i am playing msfs and i dont wanna realistic irs so i got into options but the irs chages into instant and back to realistic please help!

All screens just stay black when I turn batteries on etc and whatever state I start in they don’t turn on

Hello, Is there a way to uninstall or hide the unwanted liveries in MSFS? I don't use any of the default ones and tried to hide them but the aircraft.cfg is encrypted (why?) and i cannot delete the entries there. I also tried to override them by means of an override file trying to guess the livery entries but that didn't work maybe because i don't really know what to override. Any help is appreciated. Hi, As long as you wait for the official fix, there is a workaround to restart the A310. Before loading an airport on the world map, set the date before 27.12.23. I have set 23.12.23 as an example. Load the desired airport at a gate and activate the external power and it works again. Then set the date back to real time. Happy flying!

Hi folks, I've been having issues with my A310 with a while - the throttles and speedbrakes don't move, and I can't change settings in the EFB. I'm after reinstalling both the sim and the aircraft multiple times with no luck... Greetings! On the evening of December 26th I simming with the A310 when suddenly the power went out at my house (we were having a nasty ice storm in SE North Dakota). The next day I attempted to do the flight over again. When I loaded the A310 in MSFS, I noticed that none of the overhead buttons made their usual noises when pressed, and that the screens on the main panel did not power up after I selected external power. Hello there, I recently loaded up the A310 after a long period away as I wanted to relearn the systems prior to release of the A300. I have come across an odd bug where I am unable to change any of the settings in the EFB. When I try to make a change, for example, setting 'Link instruments' from Off to On, the indicator moves to the new position and then immediately moves back to the previous position. This is the case with all the settings. Things I have tried are removing all third party liveries, uninstalling and reinstalling the aircraft, and making a new controller profile ensuring there are no hidden commands that might interfere. i've just started getting this issue today where no matter where i spawn in, there will always be a sound of engines shutting down. when i enter the cockpit the master caution button is stuck on and the inibuilds tablet is already on as well. when i try to follow the checklist (cold & dark) nothing happens to the aircraft and i'm essentially just pressing buttons that do nothing. when i tried to use the preset configs in the tablet i would press confirm/activate and nothing would happen (ex. tried to press 'on apu' and nothing worked). this has happened every single time i've spawned or restarted the sim. how do i fix it to where it's a true cold and dark and i can ac…

hello, today i tried to fly with a310 but i realized that in efb simbrief connection is lost and batteries are not working. I press bat1,2,3 and nothing is happening. After i wait for a while like this plane acts strangely like it is crashed. And after this simulator gives error and closes itself. Can you please help?

Every time I load the a310 into the sim it starts up with completely black screens, even the mcp are black and none of the buttons or switches work. It doesn't matter which state I change it to, they never turn on. It was working fine yesterday and I've not changed anything about it apart from installing a livery from the inibuilds manager, so I'm not sure what's changed in the meantime. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi! I'm not get the ADF-needles to work. I set the IKA201 frequ on ADF CPT side, Tone On, selector on ADF and the ADF1 light is lighting. But ... the needles don't move. Any idea?

Hello, I flew plenty of time the A310, my fuel concumption was always very close to fuel prediction in my Simbrief planning until the SU13 update. When I accelerate the time during my flight, the fuel consumption doesn't match anymore with my fuel prediction. It seams the fuel consumption is based on real time instead of simulator time. An other player and I noticed the problem a month ago in the MSFS forum, without answer. I made a test flight today: LEVT -> EDDP / 940nm (time accel x4 most of the time) -Bloc fuel at the start : 16,6 t -Total fuel in the tank at the end : 12,2 t instead of 6.5 planned in my simbief fli…

Hi, Looks like the fuel consumption is broken? The Simbrief dispatched fuel is always about double what the A310 uses, ie my 6h30 flight yesterday only used 30,000 lbs instead of the 60,000 lbs dispatched by Simbrief. Same the other day, for 9h flight only used 17,000 kg instead of 40,000 kg? My fuel factor in Simbrief always has been to default P00.. Is it Asobo SU13 causing this? Also the Simbrief initial altitudes are often above the A310 MAX ALT for the relevant weights.. Any one else got same?

I have just tried a new flight in the A310 and I have no ALIGN IRS option on the INIT page. I have tried turning off and back on the IRS switches on the upper overhead but still nothing appears. Align mode is showing next to all three switches. Also, importing the simbrief plan through ACARS isnt working. The last flight I made on the 4th November worked fine. I have tried reinstalling the aircraft but still no joy at all. Can anyone help at all, Thanks Keith

Hello! Love the A310, but have been unable to cross the Atlantic with it. Trying to do LPPD to KBOS or KJFK, but it has not been possible. 5 tries, 5 times that the systems and AP, "frozen’s", and the plane starts to go off from the route. For the first 3 times, was using Simbrief import, but last 2, only from msfs flight plan. Every time, it happened after used the fmc. On short routes from LPPT, didn´t have any problem. Any possible suggestion? Thank´s in advance
