Trying to set V2 speed in MCP. I can turn the knob, but the MCP doesn't show the speed, stuck at ---. It does update speed in the MCDU though. If I select PreSelect it shows set speed. Same when flying, HDG mode, V/S, trying to set speed: shows ---. The speed bug changes in the ND as I turn the knob/using "set speed bug" keybind. So it is flyable, just it won't show selected speed in MCP.

Just a minor thing I recently noticed (v1.0.2); to me it seems the frequency of which the (red) beacon flashes is too fast. It's probably within the regulatory 40-100 flashes per minute, but I believe Boeing and Airbus planes are generally tuned to something around 50 flashes per minute. The Inibuilds A300 seems to be somewhere around 70-80 flashes per minute, perhaps a bit higher.

Hi All, Just trying out the latest v1.0.3 and have just experienced my MCDU dropping all of my TO speeds and information and displaying the APPR page and setting the speed bugs to the APPR speeds. This was while entering the active at KPMD RWY 25 with INI default FDX livery and default scenery. Thanks, John (A300/A310 mechanic)

Hi First, I just want to congratulate inibulds on the great job they done with the A300m 600. I just took off from EHAM to EDDH, I am pretty sure I set everything up correctly, But on activating AP, a few seconds later, I got the AFS AP OFF warning, It's the 3rd flight that this has happened, I must be doing something incorrect in set up? or is it a bug? Thank you Joe

In A300 and A310, when HDG SEL mode is selected, PROF mode if previously active or armed, cancels. But it should not happen in A300-600R. It is like Boeing planes. PROF or VNAV remains active. It is true for A320, A330, CLB changes to OP CLB when HDG mode is selected. But for A300, PROF should remain active. Please comment. Haseen Ahmad.

Hello guys, Could someone shed some light on how to operate the Flaps/Slats after takeoff? I usually have VFE speeds at or close to VR and Slat retraction speed shortly after. So my understanding is that i could immediately retract everything after liftoff which seems a bit counterintuitive. For example VR 163 kts, VFE 166 and slat retraction around 180 kts. So if i rotate gently i am at about 180 knots after liftoff... Any tipps appreciated! Best regards

Hello, I've tried the A300 freighter from something like 10-12 flights now (and I have to say that is a really impressive works guys, good job). But two times, there was a behavior that I didn't understand : somehow, IRS never aligned (ATT in red on the PFD screen) however I press "align IRS" on the FMC. Then I can't do a "next page" on the INIT menu, I have a "not allowed" response. However I was on this very page just before in order to enter block fuel ,etc.. And after starting both engines, I wanted to start the 2 Pitch trim levers to be able to set the TO trim wheel, but they come down (refuse to be on). A little detail that could be important : The AD…

I'm not getting any TOC or BOD ( hockey stick ) indicators in profile mode . I do get TOD in profile and the altitude arc in VS or LVL change . I can see in the flight plan where I should see it . Is this even a feature of the A300 ?

I've noticed the GPWS test can only be initiated from the FO's G/S switch, and even then, there is no sound and the test is incomplete - the G/S light merely illuminates red and stays illuminated for as long as the switch is pressed. Pressing the captain's G/S switch does nothing.

Hello, In the last days I've experienced dual hot starts a couple times, both in v1.0.1 and yesterday in v.1.0.2. For no apparent reason after hitting the starter the EGT goes crazy up to 800ºC and the ecam warning for EGT OVER LIMIT pops up. This is before moving the fuel lever to ON position. If startup is aborted before getting to the max allowed EGT (as per the QRH) the temps will not reset and stay around 800ºC. When the fuel gets into the engine it goes over 970ºC. Then when the engine stabilizes it goes back to green and normal temps almost instantly. Same happens when starting up the other engine. Both OAT and Bleed pressure were normal.

i think i might be taking it too far with this one, since the product is obviously not meant (probably out of scope) to model operation in this part of the envelope, but here goes: At low speed, in ALT* or V/S mode, if the ATS cannot maintain the requested vertical speed (selected v/s), the aircraft will depart from the commanded trajectory as the AP/FD gives orders to maintain a vertical speed (controlled VS) which avoid flying below VLS - 5kt. which it does not...Speed falls way beyond minimum speed and sooner or later the AP disconnects... Now, i´m signing out. Great plane, btw. And loads of fun flying it 😁

Hello! In the passenger variant, the high pressure crew oxygen indicator appears to just be a duplicate of the low pressure indicator. The upper dial should be labeled "HP" and should indicate the pressure of the system at the bottle, regardless of the position of the SUPPLY pb.

Hello all, I know the ware of the aircraft has been deactivated in the latest patch. However, is this wear linked to the livery i am using? or the ware will continue independent of any livery? Thanks

Hi Inibuilds, When the EMER EXIT LT is armed, all emergency lights in the cabin remain ON, should be OFF during the flight. Just being picky here 😉 Alex

Hi I think there are similiar bugs already reported. I am not sure. For me it is the second time now. I have done 11 flight with a total flight time of 35 hrs. Flight: UNNT - VHHH I was on cruise FL330 and still 400 nm until Honk Kong. I was about to select RW07R for approach as the FMC and all other systems were freezing. Only the analog altitude bug did some weird things. I was still able to fly the airplane manually. I dont remeber exactly the first time it happend. But I know it happens as I was loading the flightplan into the FMC via "Acars" from simbrief. Hardware/Software -Win11 (i9 13.9k, RTX4090, Z790) -MSFS …

Hello iniBuilds team, I have got two issues with radio navaids which are manually set on the PROG page of the MCDU. It seems like VORs which are DME-only can't be set manually but are automatically tuned by the MCDU. For example DMN, DMS (both at EDDM) or ALF (EDDH). If I enter these, the MCDU gives an error message: NAVAID NOT IN DATABASE. I had two occasions where a manually set VOR was overwritten by the MCDU i. e. while approaching KMEM (MEM VOR). I programmed MEM in quite early. Checking it later, suddenly another VOR/frequency was tuned in. I am not sure if both issues are replicating the aircraft's behaviour or can be regarded as errors. I…

Just tried an NADP1 takeoff out of KSNA, but it was unsuccessful. When entering my v speeds before departure, I changed the Thrust Reduction height to 800' AGL and the Acceleration height to 3000' AGL. Took off with Profile mode activated on the FCP. At 800 ft, the TRP did not switch from Flex to Climb mode. I tried to manually force it by first changing the TRP mode to "auto", which did nothing, then to "CL". This reduced the thrust, but it also overrode my acceleration height and the nose went down to accelerate to 250 kts. I can try it again another time to see if I can reproduce it, but I'm curious if anyone else has encountered the same problem. It seems like the TRP…
