Hi, The A300 is fast approaching perfection, but there are still issues. Profile VNAV seems to not manage descent altitude constraints (speeds seem OK). The PAUL2K into MMUN has one between, one at or above, and two at constraints, and whilst according to the “banana” it would have made the 3000’ constraint before the RNAV (which it flew wonderfully), it was over ten thousand feet too high for the first few even though the descent profile said it was spot on profile. To manually catch up with constraints, I used V/S mode plus spoilers, but then V/S mode switches itself off periodically. The PERF takeoff trim is always zero, and clicking trim auto…

I have never flown the passenger version, but when I loaded it up last night to check something, I noticed the tire wear was the same as on the freighter version, i.e., they were color-coded yellow with lots of missing treads. From what I have read here and on Discord, wear and tear should be separate for both versions of the plane, but that doesn't seem to be the case right now.

Have Been flying this bird for weeks no real problems until today's MSFS update . It seems to have effected the VC cockpit gauges. MAP, ARC,and ROSE are not showing correctly.. Anyone else?

AP1 disconnects frequently, mostly during takeoff and landing. I can then engage AP2 which works as it should. Then I try to switch back to AP1. Sometimes AP1 works then for a short period ....sometimes it works then for a longer period .......and sometimes it is not possible to switch back from AP2 to AP1. Only AP2 works as it should and I use it the whole flight. It started after one of the first updates, I am not sure which one. Hi, I am on PC, and I purchased the A300 from MSFS's marketplace. Into the first flight, the aircraft performed flawlessly for about a half hour into a 1.5 hour flight plan, but then the NAV went off and it would respond only to HDG. FMS flight plan doesn't seem to track the aircraft progress and NAV was just not working. Another separate flight (after a sim & PC restart) had the A300 roll right immediately upon NAV engaging. HDG works and so it wasn't entirely ruined. Bit of a digging around in discord made me realize that the current version is 1.0.6 (which fixes these issues), but the marketplace version is 1.0.3. I appreciate that it has been said before that A300 is not meant to be run at anything but x1 speed but the reality is, that the A300 can be run at x2 quite comfortably. I did one flight today taking 6 hours and I run most of the trip at x2. No problems in the flight but the fuel consumption was halved what was supposed to be. I have the Thrustmaster Boeing throttle quadrant and am experiencing an issue with the A300. The assignments are when I activate thrust reverse (button press) decrease throttle and when I deactivate reverse thrust (button release) throttle cut. Engine 1 responds perfectly for that assignment but when I come out of reverse the engine 2 throttle snaps up to about 57% thrust. If I bump the throttles up a bit the engine 2 throttle with match up with the physical levers. To rule out the controller I tried it with the default 787-10, Leonardo Maddog, PMDG 737 and even the A310 and that assignment works properly for engine 1 and 2 for all those planes. Good evening. On my last couple of flights, I cant seem to get my throttle to go to full. It only seems to power up to maybe 92 N2 which is barely enough to get off the ground and when I do, I'm practically stalling and until I activate the A/T I cant get more power. Its weird. Any ideas?

Hey guys, When I manually change the vertical speed to i.e -18, seconds later, it automatically resets itself to 00. It occurs everytime I try to descend. It started occuring after the 1.0.6 update

Hello, all On last update, acft doesn't follow LNAV, am I the only one?

There's a tiny bug on the A300-600 when using the automatically executed checklist in MSFS. On the start checklist, unlike the A310 the fuel valves open immediately, which causes a hot start and a high EGT rise. It should wait until 20% N2 then open.

When trying to import the Simbrief data, I and other people "https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/inibuilds-a300-simbrief-request-error-on-mcdu/629400/8" get always the same error on Xbox. It works on the tablet but It seems to be impossible to import it in the "ACARS" , this is really important since its impossible to do flights on xbox now.

I now after 2 flights with V1.0.6 I experienced that when I want to descend manually with the vertical speed it set the manual -/+ vs to 0. Idk if this is a bug

Could someone explain to me what (LIM) is in my flight plan page on the MCDU?

I bought the A300 today. And I was really pleased when I got it. Unfortunately, the bad news came very quickly when it came to performance. I have a pretty good computer and achieve very decent FPS figures in MSFS When I flew from OMDB-EDDF today, I noticed that my initial FPS of around 110 had dropped to 17 FPS by the time I arrived. This is an extremely poor feature in my eyes. I knew that the A300 would have a few bugs at the beginning, which I can overlook. But such a drop in performance makes the aircraft very unusable for me in its current state.

Hello there, using the V/S function of autopilot, during descent, the target rate of descent reset to 0 automatically, way way before target altitude, and I have to reselect my rate of descent. For example, I was on descent form FL270 to FL070, and maybe 30 sec after leaving FL270, the V/S reseted, and I select again -20 and maybe 30 sec after reste again,... and so on. Is it a bad user utilisation, or a known bug? Thanks. Happy flying.

I just bought the plane last week and I cannot fly it! The throttle doesn't work, the lever doesn't even move, I have zero control over it. It just sits there motionless, I feel like I was duped, please fix it. I thought you would have an update by this week but there is none. Please fix your planes that are on xbox, the A310's throttle is also broken btw.

In the MSFS Input Events list, what controls the autopilot 1 and 2 switches? AIRLINER_AP_Switch_1 and AIRLINER_AP_Switch_2 seem to be non-functional.

I have read something on these forums about Navigraph interfering with the stars & sids in the FMS causing them not to appear. I'm having this issue where I use Simbrief to generate a flight plan. Then I use the EFB to import the flight into the EFB. Next I imported the FP via the FMS. When I go to enter the rwy for the departure one of the runways for KICT is missing which is 19R all the others are there. Simbrief provides a Star for the flight from KICT to KSLC but on the FMS that Star doesn't appear. I restarted the sim and didn't use the FMS to import the fp, instead I manually enter the FP and got the same results the Star from Simbrief was missing on the FMS, a…

Are there any default MSFS commands to disconnect the autopilot, or would I need to use a 3rd party app like SPAD for that?

Hi all, I just figured that the LVAR for "Slides armed" stays at "0" all the time and doesn't change although if all Slides are armed. (see screenshot) As this LVar is obiously present why doesn't it change to "1" if all slides are armed? Due to I am programming Streamdeck Profiles for the community it would be very nice if you could make this Value/LVar active as this is needed for the implementation for operating the slides (handles). Or is there an index I have to add like "L:INI_SLIDES_ARMED:1, Number" ? Thank you guys for such a great product and I am really looking forward to the next update hopefully coming soon 😉

Hello. First of all i want to congratulate with the fantasic A300 product you guys made and released for the Msfs. Here comes my question and i understand you are done by now with this question but when will the A300 be available on the marketplace ?.I have readed some other topics about it and they sad it would release end of january. And because we are some days all ready into february and there is no information more about it. Ill understand that you guys are done with this but many people like me cant wait for the A300🙂. Hello Yesterday, during the flight of ZBAA-VHHH, the autopilot display failed and there was no display. The other systems of the aircraft were working normally. May I ask how to solve it?
