  1. The issue appears to be that the ILS only becomes "active" (as seen on bottom left of the PFD) whenever you're panning views (i.e. using right mouse click). As the ILS signal is not active, the LOC/GS capture is naturally not working. We aren't able to reproduce this issue on our end, so we suspect something hardware or keybinds related is causing a conflict that is affecting the availability of ILS signal. So trying a different mouse will help narrow down the issue if on hardware side. Whereas changing controller profiles (mouse related) or interaction modes might help in case of a conflicting keybind. If that still is not helpful, I would advise waiting for an upcoming update and trying again after that. May resolve the issue then. Unfortunately cannot comment on when an update by MS/Asobo will be pushed. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.
  2. Hello @ChristerH @dmajestic80 Apologies for the late reply gents. Seems this thread went a little under the radar as it was made during the holidays. Alas, let's get to it. We've had similar reports to this (this exact one from you earlier Christer on our Discord) and we've tried reproducing with no success. We suggested you try using a different mouse and check if it's reproducible. Alternatively, some issues are solved by completely reinstalling the simulator; I'd give that a try as well. Again, really sorry to hear that you two are experiencing this. Hopefully above will resolve it. Thank you! 🙂
  3. Hi there! Thank you for the very detailed feedback. I'll make sure to pass this along to the team! 🙂
  4. Very odd. I'll try to reproduce and get back to you. Apologies for the inconvenience!
  5. Hi there! Apologies for the late reply. That does indeed sound wrong. Normal behaviour is that it is recognised immediately. By active in MSFS, you mean that the scenery physically shows up when spawning into the airport? Did you move the scenery folder manually somewhere after install? Are you using Addon-Linker? You can try deleting the iniManager folders under appdata/local and appdata/roaming; reinstall and see if the issue persists? Note this will reset any settings you've made. Thank you 🙂
  6. Have you attempted the trouble-shooting in the post above yours? Thank you
  7. Hi there! This behaviour was noted and I believe as far as corrected but has yet to make it into the simulator through an update. I'm hoping sooner than later but rest assured we are at the very least aware of the problem! 🙂 Thank you
  8. Hi again, Seems to be the case of being very (too) faint; I've reported it to the team. Thank you! 🙂
  9. Hello! Apologies for the inconvenience. We are aware of the freezing issue as per: As for liveries, please ensure the iniManager is recognizing the correct community folder. If you're unsure what folder is being used by MSFS2024, check:1. Click the "Marketplace" icon next to your profile picture2. Click "My Library"3. Next to the search bar, click the cogwheel and make sure the correct community folder is in use. Hope that helps! Thank you 🙂
  10. Hello, I assume you have installed through the iniManager? Can you do me a favor and try uninstalling then installing again? Let me know if it stills persists and I'll take a look again! Thank you 🙂
  11. Hello, If the simulator allows us to implement a feature that exists on the real aircraft, we will. However, it seems the integration of a LIVE Taxi camera, as it currently stands, is not possible for either simulator. Thank you
  12. Hello, Everything you have seen up until now is still work-in-progress and is not indicative of the final product. The team is aware of what you describe and has been logged and addressed many times by now. We of course appreciate the kind words and that you are helping us better the product, but I can assure you, details such as the engine fans that are very clearly visible, the team is well aware of. Again, thank you for the support and patience; soon it'll be in your hands! 🙂
  13. Hi there, If you installed the simulator in the first week of it's launch, I strongly recommend you reinstall now; could solve a lot of issues. Also try clearing your WASM folder: For sensitivity, we generally recommend linear with no curve values. Let me know if the above helps 🙂 Thank you
  14. Luke isn't wrong ;). We will share a release date when we feel it's ready to release. We are still on track for Q1. As for the marketplace question, yes it will be, sometime after the initial release. Our products usually go up on our own iniStore (iniManager) and potentially more; information regarding this will come closer to release. Thank you
  15. Hello, The default MSFS2024 aircraft all are MS/Asobo products. It is entirely up to them whether or not they stay 2024 exclusive. And no, it would not work in FS2020 simply by buying FS2024. I believe many have suggested this option to MS on their forums already; again, up to them if they'd like to action it. Thank you 🙂
  16. Hi again, Glad it's sorted for you! Regarding the Merc vans, I'll double check with the team if it's indeed noted, but like you say, it most likely is. My pleasure and thank you! 🙂
  17. Hi! Have you ensured the community folder in question is being recognized by the simulator? To double check: 1. Click the "Marketplace" icon next to your profile picture 2. Click "My Library" 3. Next to the search bar, click the cogwheel and make sure the correct community folder is in use. Let me know if the above has been confirmed 🙂 Thank you
  18. Hello, See Pilot Experience Sim Confirms Working on Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport - FSElite Thank you 🙂
  19. Hi, Thank you for the report. Are you seeing this issue across all variants? I tried to reproduce and there is a sound made each time; see video: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 2025.01.15 - 09.23.39.04.mp4
  20. Hi, Seems the angle+ligthing might make it look less thick than it is; can however confirm that the thickness is identical in-sim. But like BenAura said, the trailer is not indicative of the final product. 🙂
  21. Hi Stacy, Can confirm that I'm able to reproduce this as well. For now, try to position your camera in a way that the sunscreen "bar" isn't directly behind your cursor when using the EFB. I've let the team know. Apologies for the inconvenience! Thank you 🙂
  22. I'd like to believe there are still many updates pending for FS2020 seeing as the live-service support doesn't end until 2028. I'd expect more information coming up sooner than later on update schedules for both simulators.
  23. Hello Nixon, Glad to see you're enjoying the Taifun! For now, no plans to update the 108 to FS24; this is something we may revisit in the future however. The aircraft team is very busy with the A350-900, -1000, -900 ULR, Spartan 7W Executive and updating the plethora of default Microsoft busses we have; hands are full! 🙂 But again, we may revisit this in the future. Thank you! 🙂
  24. Hello, Please try clearing your respective WASM folders and try to reproduce any freezing-related issues you may have. Thank you
  25. Hi there! The team is aware of this issue; will be fixed in a future update. Thank you for the report! P.S: That city lighting on the last shot is phenomenal! Thank you
