  1. Hello, Please start with clearing your WASM folder. Guide here: It will take a little bit longer to load in again as it has to initialise the WASM module again. Let me know if this resolves the issue! 🙂

    Updates suggestion

Hello, For now, the aircraft is only available on the marketplace. Our official statement regarding said decision can be found here: The update should be available very soon. Your patience is very much appreciated! Thank you 🙂
  3. Hello, Thank you for the kind words! I'm not sure what you're referring to; rain wipes fine on our end. Could you please grab a quick video showcasing what you're describing? Thank you 🙂
  4. Hello, Please ensure your settings look like this: If your settings look like this and you're still having the same issue; ensure you follow this profile guide (linked below). MSFS may be having a hard time reading the already included GSX-profile.
  5. I'm assuming this is part of the UI for the simulator itself; should be able to disable that via the settings. To be sure of what you're referring to, a picture would help.
  6. Thank you for the follow-up. Are you able to record us a quick video showing what you're describing?
  7. Hello, I have forwarded your feedback to the team. Thank you 🙂
  8. Thank you for the follow-up. Can't say I've seen this reported before. Have you attempted a reinstall? Same issue after that as well?
  9. Hello, It's a neat idea for sure but would require too much of a performance hit. The time to develop something like this only for just a few to use it is also a factor. Like you mention, GSX offers this feature for all aircraft. Thank you for your understanding 🙂
  10. Hello, Will attempt to reproduce and get back to you. Thank you
  11. Hello, Sounds very odd. Can you double check that no failures or assistance options are enabled via the MSFS settings? Thank you
  12. Hello, We'll take a look. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hold immediate exit

Hello, Forwarded to the team. Thank you 🙂
  14. Hello, Not a definitive answer I can give but it has been submitted and should roll out as soon as possible from Microsoft's side. Thank you for your patience 🙂
  15. Thank you for the kind words! The team is aware and working on a fix already; hopefully pushed to the iniManager sooner rather than later 🙂
  16. Hello, Apologies for the delay. As much as your effort is appreciated, it would be immensely helpful to receive one additional variable; an autosave file from just before said WASM crash happens. Makes it 1) Easier for us to load up in the exact same conditions 2) Higher chance we can reproduce the issue if it is widespread. I've linked how to properly report a WASM crash as well as general information about how autosave works. Again, thank you for the effort and apologies for the inconvenience.
  17. Hello, We do not "simply ignore you". Threads may be missed in the hundreds that are created every day. Regardless, apologies for the delay. Looks like it is logged both on our end and Microsoft's end. Will check in with the team. Thank you
  18. Hello, Try a complete reinstall as well as clearing of scenery indexes. You can view how to do so here: Let me know if that makes a difference 🙂
  19. Hello, Are you referring to the HUD?
  20. Ties back to the whole "They are Microsoft products at the end of the day". We do not own them therefore have no rights to modify or "upgrade" them in that sense.
  21. Hello, To clarify as it seems what I've said is being misunderstood. You have shared feedback that we have seen and I have also prodded the team regarding said feedback. I cannot promise we'll change this but it is not a definite "no". We have also seen people have opposite reactions; welcoming the "preview" before the update goes live after submission to Microsoft. Regardless, feedback noted and team notified. Will be locking this thread for visibility. Thank you 🙂
  22. Hello, Is this a replay? A recording of your screen and what you're experiencing would better serve the trouble-shooting process here. I may not get the same result if I load up a replay. If you have a NVIDIA graphics card, you should be able to record via the the built in program. I believe it is still called Shadowplay. Alternatively a video using your phone would suffice (just make sure we can see what's going on).
  23. Hello, Hmm, will check in with the team and get back to you. Thank you 🙂
  24. Hello, Will forward your suggestion to the team! 🙂 Thank you
  25. Hello, We do indeed! We believe we can push it even further with our iteration of the A380. We've learned a lot from the A350 as well as the recent A340. All in due time of course. Thank you for the support!
