Hello, Our focus will always be on all our products. The A350 is being worked on continuously in the background, as well as the A340. Matter of fact, we have an update coming out soon for the A350. It is understandable for many to think the focus has shifted, but it should also be taken into account that when a developer is developing something, you usually won't see that something until it is out, for example, an update to a product. Rest assured, whatever you purchase will receive the care it deserves. That aside, if you are fond of the A350 aircraft in general, it is absolutely a joy to fly and use! The team has worked on it nonstop and will continue to refine and update it whenever necessary. Biased opinion, you should definitely get it! 🙂 Thank you 🙂

Hello, I know this was answered but for visibility: The A340 is a MSFS2024 aircraft. There are no plans on back porting it to MSFS2020. Thank you 🙂

Unfortunately, we aren't able to do much about "same here". It is very hard to track these down unless we receive autosave files which lets us recreate the exact scenario.
