Navigraph subscription is only necessary for use of the ANF and BTV function. Other than that, default navdata functions perfectly fine.
  2. Hello, Not entirely sure honestly. I believe it has been reported many times and I would assume it's on Asobo's radar.
  3. Hello, There will be information revealed when that information is ready. I am truly not able to tell you anything else. Patience is something that needs to be practiced, especially when it comes to creating high-fidelity flight simulation products. Again, information will come when it will come. Thank you
  4. Hello everyone, It seems we were 50% sure it was fixed; we pushed the fix for the FS2024-Compatible-Edition install and it didn't end up making it into the FS2020-edition install. Terribly sorry about this inconvenience. Should be correct now. Please find the update on the iniManager as usual, however I strongly recommend a complete uninstall then reinstall of the FS2020 version. I have quadruple checked that the install downloads the correct version now. If any issue persists, please refer to my above message on how to trouble-shoot.
  5. Hello again, Very odd. We are 100% sure it has been resolved. Please check your content managers and verify only the latest build that was pushed (1.1.5) shows up on the list. Before launching the simulator, please also clear your WASM file for the A300: Close the simulator if it is running. Navigate to: Steam: MS Store: Delete all the contents of said folder. The contents will be re-generated next time you load into a flight with the aircraft. Note: This will reset your EFB Throttle Calibration and EFB Settings so they should re-done the next time you load into the aircraft. Let me know if THIS finally resolves it :). Thank you for your patience everybody!
  6. Hello, We are re-working the entire backend to hopefully eliminate issues like this entirely. For now, if a purchase fails through the iniManager, please use our online webstore (after verifying you haven't been charged on the initial attempt). Apologies for the inconvenience! Thank you
  7. Hello, This issue has already been fixed pending a live-patch push into the simulator. No ETA on when that will be as it is entirely up to MS/Asobo and when they'd like to push updates out, like I've said above already. Thank you
  8. Hi there, We have no say on what updates/additions should be introduced as it is a MS/Asobo product. As far as I'm aware, there are no plans by MS to introduce the XLR variant. Thank you
  9. Hi all, Update is as of right now available on the iniManager. Let me know if anything goes wrong, shouldn't though! 😉 @Alexair @coombearz @KorEl @max1003592
  10. Hello, I strongly suggest you move over to the more modern way of importing flight plans using "Simbrief" through the EFB & MCDU. That way you don't have to worry about files and where to put files etc. BUT, if you still wish to do so you can by installing said flight-plan file here: STEAM: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\WASM\MSFS2020\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600\Work\Flightplans MS Store: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2020\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600\Work\Flightplans Again, strongly recommended to do it the Simbrief way instead. Thank you!
  11. Hello, We try and test every product to the best of our abilities, regardless of it being Premium or not. Of course, we will never be able to test 100% of the many different possible scenarios & setups that can exist out there so for any crash instance we do require more information to try and reproduce. For this reason we need screenshot/video clip of what was trying to be entered just before the crash as well as the conditions in which it happened (if it is specific to any phase of flight for example) to see if we can reproduce. I have yet to be able to reproduce what you describe, but like mentioned, it may be due to not doing exactly what you are due to the limited information given. Apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you
  12. Like Rich said above, please provide references if you feel it is a "mess" and we'll log it internally for a future revision pass if we find it necessary. As a personal note, when there are minor issues you feel are present, generalizing all of the 3D work as "very bad" is unfair. We are open to constructive criticism always however calling everything "very bad" is undoubtedly the opposite of that. Thank you
  13. Hello, We currently have no plans to release more in-house liveries for the FS2024 320neoV2. As livery creation becomes more accessible, I'm sure high quality ones will pop up here and there. We may release more in the future, however, our livery artists are very busy with another project at the moment. Thank you
  14. Hello, Unbanned. Welcome back! https://inib.uk/discord
  15. You've asked this before and I told you nothing you see is final, this means, if something is incorrect it will be corrected before release. For example, as you say, the fin shouldn't be on the -900, we're aware and this will be resolved before release. The following goes for anyone that sees this going forward: I understand you all are excited and eager to correct any wrongs that you may see, but if myself or another staff member has already responded to you regarding the same question and have acknowledged the fact and telling you it'll be fixed, and you decide to ask again, you will be warned or removed from the forums. Thank you for your understanding.
  16. Yes, I have told you many times now that everything you see is a work-in-progress up until the aircraft is available on the store.
  17. Hello, Yes. Rest assured, a lot of the questions you have asked in the last few days will be covered before release. Thank you
  18. Hello, Apologies for the inconvenience! Please reach out to direct support and they will help you out: https://inibuilds.com/pages/contact I'll try to help you trouble-shoot as well; where it says "ACTIVATION" on the iniManager, are you not able to copy anything from there? Have you checked your email for a code perhaps? It also prompts you to launch the iniManager in administrator mode, have you done so? If none of these help, please do reach out to direct support above. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience!
  19. Ah, this thread is referring to the Airbus A300, not A330. These are two entirely different aircraft. The A330 lineup made by us are default aircraft only for MSFS2024.
  20. Salve, Please only communicate using English on the forums. 🙂 You can request a transfer here: https://forms.inibuilds.com/order-transfer Thank you 🙂
  21. Hello, The A320neo (V2) is a default aircraft that comes with the simulator so it is installed as a standard part of the simulator. I believe values for default cameras can be changed by modifying the camera.cfg file. You will have to manually input coordinates in that case. Thank you
  22. Hello, Apologies for the late reply. Can yon confirm whether or not said solution solved the issue for you too, Brian? Thank you
