  1. Hello, Forwarded to the team. Thank you
  2. Hello, Apologies, missed this. Can you clarify which of the autosaves is more relevant? We preferably need one. Thank you!
  3. Hello, Can you specify what sounds specifically? Perhaps a short video of the problem so that we can investigate. Thank you 🙂
  4. Hello Felix, We fully intend on incorporating a functional printer. It's coming in a future update 🙂 Thank you!
  5. Hello Patrick, Very sorry to hear that this happens. All systems freeze as well as the buttons/knobs etc? Are you sure you haven't accidentally paused the simulator (P)? If yes, please try to reproduce this and grab us a report by following the linked guide. It shouldn't take too long. This helps us determine the root cause so we can fix it indefinitely. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.
  6. Hello, Thank you, forwarded to the team.
  7. Hello, I'm very sorry to hear that. Please follow the linked guide on how to report these crashes so that we can fix them as soon as possible. Thank you
  8. Hello, Looks like a "VCRUNTIME" crash - often something to do with the simulator. Are you on the stable LIVE version or the SU2 BETA?
  9. Hello, It should work simply by pressing it once. That'll enable physical keyboard entry. Are you sure you're selecting the field you want to edit prior to clicking LCTRL?
  10. Hello, Thank you for the follow-up. I'll check in with the team on what could be happening here. It would be EXTREMELY helpful if you could record us a short video of this happening; easier to diagnose that way. Thank you!
  11. Hello, Thank you for the report. I've forwarded it to the team 🙂
  12. Hello, You can press LEFT CTRL to enter the field you want to input data into, then ENTER to finalise. There is not a mappable command for the checklist, as far as I'm aware. Let me know if you have any more questions! Thank you 🙂
  13. Hello Alex, We disabled auto zoom by default. We meant to ship an update to the OIS as well where a user can choose whether or not the ANF auto zooms in on touch-down; it unfortunately didn't make it into this update. We'll have this sorted for next update 🙂 Thank you
  14. Thank you. I can still see it on our logged bug-list. Seems like it didn't make it into this update, unfortunately.
  15. Hello, Please attach your full RTE OFP and which aircraft you're in (900/1000?); this way we can attempt to reproduce. However, if this does happen again, please create an autosave and share the file with us 🙂 Thank you!
  16. Hello, Very sorry to hear! Please follow the guide linked below on how to properly report this so that we can help! 🙂

  21. Hello, I've double checked with our team and they assure me the current implementation is the expected behaviour.
  22. Apologies. I misunderstood. Been a long week and I've already answered hundreds of posts just today. If you want direct and quick responses, especially to purchase inquiries, we have direct support for a reason. Reach out them about this inquiry and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. I am unfortunately not able to help, only they can. https://inibuilds.com/pages/contact Thank you
  23. Hello, We are already aware and we're looking into ways to mitigate this. I do not have an update as of yet. Apologies for the inconvenience.
  24. Hello, We have found a fix and are hopeful we'll get it out and rolling as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
