Hello, We understand experiencing the WASM crashes is not fun whatsoever and we truly wish you didn't have to. We built the autosave system to quite literally save your flight. Please use it; it only takes you a few minutes to get back into the air rather than scrapping the flight entirely. Because WASM crashes are very difficult to track down. They are random, very specific and sometimes not reproducible at all. That is why the issue is "still here". Major WASM crashes have been fixed; what remains are said edge-cases that are very situation-specific. We have a guide on how to properly report WASM crashes so we can track them down. Hello, This is the unfortunate WASM conundrum; sometimes it crashes but then doesn't even in the exact same conditions. Makes it really hard for us to track down edge-cases such as these. Hi there! No worries at all. The reason the red portions have been removed is because you need to manually navigate to the aicraft equipment menu via the OIS and change the winglet-type to the correct one said livery uses. The CFG you deleted usually does that automatically. Let me know if I'm not making any sense 🙂 Thank you

Hello, First of all, apologies for the inconvenience. I've noted down the livery causing the issue. For now, you are able to delete the "LiveryConfig.cfg" file within the livery folder that you're experiencing issues with. This will grant full freedom on option selection via the OIS; flickering should stop then. It is also appreciated if an issue thread stays on track; follow-up comments that were made were entirely unnecessary. We are committed to a continued live-service of each of our MSFS airliners. The A350 is not forgotten nor "set aside" whatsoever. There's a lot to come for the A350! 🙂 Thank you

Hello, If any of you experiencing issues purchasing via the marketplace on Steam, it may be worth enabling the Steam overlay. We've seen some success in that. As for users unable to purchase via the MS store version, we unfortunately don't have any special troubleshooting steps to provide. Microsoft support is your best bet.
