About 10 days ago the A350 started causing MSFS 2020 to crash out before getting to the launch stage - MSFS just shuts down when I try to use the aircraft? Never had a problem with it before (though it does take an age to load) and every other aircraft I regularly use still launches and flies perfectly (PMDG aircraft, TFDI MD-11 etc), it's just the A350 causing the crash. Any suggestions or anyone else having this problem? It started (or seemed to start) after update v1.2.5? Thanks.

Good evening, I was flying today and, about one hour after departure during cruise, the aircraft suddenly froze, even though I had not touched any button. All the systems and displays were frozen, but the aircraft continued flying normally. This is the first time this has happened to me. I have the latest Navigraph database update and aircraft version installed (V1.2.6), and I am flying on MSFS 2020. Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue? Hello, I have a problem that when I engage the autopilot on airbus a350 1000. When I engage the autopilot it follows the flightpath but the Altitude Hold light comes on at whatever altitude the aircraft is it. For example, if I set the altitude to FL33 and autopilot engaged at say 5,700 feet to follow the flightplan, the Altitude Hold and Auto Thrust come on once autopilot is engaged and the aircraft will follow the flightpath. However the aircraft stays at 5,700 feet and will not climb at per Simbrief. Altitude Hold cannot be disengaged. I've even set a key for "Toggle Altitude Hold" on my joystick and this does not work. Hi, I haven’t used the A350 for a while but a few days ago I flew it again, first time I loaded it crashed but the second time all good, however now it won’t load at all, I have tried different variants and liveries, all downloaded via inimanager and cleared the wasm a few times as well as reinstalling a few times but nothing seems to work, every time I load it I get to the main menu ok but then when I pick the gate and load in it crashes around halfway through loading. Hi, I have observed an issue with the FWD Cargo door when loading the plane with GSX (currently tested only with the A350-900 in MSFS 2020): Create flight plan in Simbrief Import Simbrief to Loadsheet In GSX Menu, select "Request Boarding" The cargo loader connects to the door but then, FWD cargo door is always toggling between opening and closing, so loading does never start. Only bypass for this is to run "Reset position" in GSX and load the plane by instant-loading the ZFW via EFB. Rear cargo works fine. Hello everyone here! I work on a review of the A350 for "FS Reviews Yearbook 2024/2025". While learning about how to use and fly the A350 I've learned today that is impossible to get the plane correctly into a before chosen parking position. It is always off that positons, sometimes on a runway, on gras, sometimes on streets or in buildings. I use MSFS 2020, GSX Pro current version and iniBuilds A350 v1.1.8. There are no crash detections even after having been parked inside a building and after I've chosen a parking position with the GSX Pro menu and click on "just warp me there" everything is fine. When using the iniBuilds A350 package, the A350-1000 always crashes (CTD) during loading and cannot start a flight with any livery (both default and dedicated third-party -1000 liveries). The A350-900 from the same package works perfectly with no crashes. I have already cleared the WASM cache, repaired and updated the addon, disabled all third-party plugins, verified game files, and tested with default liveries. The issue still persists. Yesterday, something went buggy with my SIM. When I would attempt to load a flight it wouuld hang at the Start Flight menu and the circle in the corner would just spin and never load into the airport. After several try's to find a fix, I went ahead and did a repair and reset then I started to rebuild my sim back to its pre incident state. This morning, I uninstalled the A-350 and reinstalled it as it was not showing in the aircraft menu. After the re-install the A-350 is not showing up when I I am in the aircraft selection menu, but it is showing up as installed in my MSFS 2024 Community folder. What am I missing and what can I do to get it to show up. …

Hello, I don’t have front sunshades on the A350, but I’d like to activate them. How can I open them?

I downloaded the newest version of the A350 for Msfs 2020 and since then everytime I try to load the plane into the sim, the sim crashes and I get back to Desktop. Hello At any airport the GSX jetway or defaut jetway docks to my aircraft systematically the L2 door. But sometimes, at some parking spots, the L2 door is to far and the jetway is to short to connect the L2 door. I tried to change the GSX profile or the contact points in the fligth model.cfg file but no succes. Can someone explain how to proceed to dock to the L1 door. Any help would be appreciated. Hi, I'm a bit confused as severals items identifed "FIXED" in the V1.1.9 are stil present. For example: "FIXED FBW roll increasing from 22° to 30° on its own" -> No, it's not fixed. The roll is still increasing to 35-40° "FIXED HUD NORM+Declutter wrong" -> No, it's still very wrong ... After a complete install of the last version (I mean, the "update"...), a complete cleaning of the WASM folder, these bugs are still there. It looks like developpers have just given up the FS2020 version. I'm afraid I have to add my name on the long list of disappointed customers ... Fred

After 1.1.8 update, I now have to clear the WASM after adding a new livery to the community folder in order for the aircraft to load successfully at the gate. The sim loads as expected, and I am able to choose which aircraft and livery I want, but then after clicking Fly Now, and the loading screen appearing, the sim crashes. This occurs with default ini liveries, updated ini airline liveries, and updated 3rd party liveries in both -900 and -1000. Default and 3rd party airports are equally affected. If I clear the WASM before loading into the sim, everything goes according to plan. I have attached the latest event log in the hope that this can shed some light. …

Dear Team, I noticed two issues with the reverse thrust on the a350. Those are not big issues however they are still pretty annoying. First, with my setup engagin reverse doesn't work like I'm used to. I have a switch bound to "Hold reverse thrust" so in other aircraft I press that and reverse engages to idle and when I put my throttle to max power it goes into full reverse and so on... In other aircraft it's enough to just press that button for idle reverse. I'm used to just holding it after touchdown. In the a350 however just pressing it makes no change, I have to add 1/2cm of throttle for it to work, which is a bit annoying. Second, the reverse doesn't have sou…

Hey, So I am having an issue trying to get my throttle settings right. The problem is that when I move my joystick slider the throttles jump around a bit, making it very hard to control during taxi for example. I don't mean that they jump straight from idle to CLB but the throttle handles jerk around when moving the slider. I have calibrated per instructions. I have the throttle axes configured in FSUIPC to send as normal axis using "throttle axis set ex1". Even when I remove this (disconnect FSUIPC to be sure) and assign to the default controllers in MSFS20 I still see this same behaviour.

Hello, After a long time, I wanted to get my A350 up and running again in 2020. I installed the latest update. Since last using it, I also have a new graphics card (5070 Ti OC). Now comes the problem: when I move the mouse cursor over the buttons, instead of the hand with the extended index finger, I get an arrow pointing right or left. This means I can't even turn the machine on. The mode is set to Legacy, TAA is enabled, DX11 is active, and the usercfg.opt file was write-protected, which I've removed. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled A350. Everything works normally on the Fenix. I'm completely out of ideas. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Enjoying the A350 in MSFS 2020.One of the latest features are the boarding stairs. What I have found however is that they are out of alignment. Re the pictures, they align up with the doors. Not the entrances.Inibuilds,could you fix this ASAP please.Cheers.This is latest version.I have views from outside as well but files are too big to up load.
