Hello, The upgrade fee is for the A300 Premium which is only usable in FS2024. You will retain the original files by having access to the FS2020 version, FS2024 compatible version as well as the premium version. I am not 100% if that answers your question however - feel free to get back to me if it doesn't. Thank you 🙂
