  1. Hello. Unfortunately not much I can share at this time. We're aware and looking into the quickest and most effective fix. When it comes to VR, the issue goes deeper into a platform-level problem which naturally makes things take longer; that's why I am not confident in providing you false hope in the form of an ETA.
  2. Hi there, Unfortunately the shader only works using MSFS2024 techniques, as indicated by the disclaimer. We appreciate your understanding and continued support πŸ™‚ Thank you
  3. Hello, Since the last communication from us we have still been unable to reproduce the issue. We need some more information. First of all, please ensure ALL assists are disabled in the MSFS options (auto mixture, crash simulation etc). Also, if you continue to encounter this problem, please enable Developer mode and check Debug -> Aircraft -> Wheels to see if there's any brake input present (see image)
  4. Hello Carlos, Please try the following: As for the Simbrief issue, please ensure you have correctly put your ID into the EFB. You can try either ID (numbers) or username (letters) if one or the other fails. Thank you πŸ™‚
  5. Hello, What do you mean by other windows don't support it? When you click RALT + LEFT CLICK does the window of said screen not pop up for you?
  6. Hello, Please try "re-streaming" the aircraft; may resolve the issue you're experiencing as things may have not loaded correctly since first initial-load. Thank you
  7. Hello, Unfortunately, the situation is a bit more complex. SU3's beta has been around for a while, and the LOD change has been present for some time. However, given the nature of beta environments, we chose not to rebuild the LODs for the aircraft based on a system that was still subject to change, or potentially addressed by Asobo directly. This approach does carry the risk that the issue persists into the final release, potentially resulting in a broken feature, which is what happened here. While not ideal, we felt it was the most prudent path given the circumstances. That said, we are actively working on a fix, and it should be in your hands shortly. Thank you for your and everyone else's patience πŸ™‚
  8. Via Options/Assistance options/User experience, and turn off β€œaerodynamic visualization (CFD)" Either ALT+5 or ALT+6 should disable it by default - the keybind can be configured via the settings as well.
  9. Hello, This is a MSFS setting that can be disabled by pressing ALT+5. It can also be disabled via the settings; "Aerodynamic Visualization"
  10. Hello, Lovely! Thank you also for reminding me to reply there with a "it's fixed" message. Enjoy! πŸ™‚
  11. Hello all, This is now fixed following the SU3 release. Enjoy πŸ™‚
  12. Hello, The way the aircraft is built is very different to the MSFS2024 version which means a whole different development process, one which is taking longer than we'd like. It is progressing however. As usual, no ETA but we sincerely apologize for the wait! Thank you πŸ™‚
  13. Hello, We're not seeing any issue on our end regarding the pink textures (see attached image). Please make sure you have done a complete uninstall then reinstall. Perhaps worth clearing your scenery indexes as well; guide here.
  14. Hello, You can assign it via the "VS Reference increase/decrease" commands. Let me know if that works out for ya! πŸ™‚
  15. Hello, The team is aware and working on resolving it; could even already be resolved. Hard part is to know, even internally, when it'll make its way to a build then release to the sim by MS/Asobo (since it's a default aircraft). So basically, it's going well and we'll have a fix out as soon as possible. πŸ™‚
  16. Hello, Have you disabled the default LOWI? This car is not supposed to be on the scenery either way. Also may be worth reinstalling as well as clearing your scenery indexes. Thank you πŸ™‚
  17. Hello, Are you able to adjust your object LOD on Xbox? If not, I'm afraid this is just a limitation of the platform. I don't believe we're able to "fix" this unfortunately.
  18. Hello, Custom announcements are quite tricky to implement on an aircraft that runs within the simulator itself, unfortunately. Fenix are able to deliver such customisability due to the fact the whole fenix eco-system running externally from the simulator. We have done our best looking into options and it seems we've hit an impasse. It is not a definitive "no" but what used to be a maybe is now unlikely. I understand that is not what you want to hear but we've done our best to look into options and can't seem to find a decent way to incorporate this. The community however has created a tool that attempts to replicate the system Fenix uses. I haven't personally used it but some community members recommend it: https://flightsim.to/file/94886/universal-announcer We appreciate your understanding! Thank you πŸ™‚
  19. Hello, If you somehow missed it, we released a OMAA compatibility update for MSFS2024. Enjoy! πŸ™‚
  20. Hello, Apologies for the delay. Either of you still experiencing this issue? If yes, please make sure you're on the latest iniManager version (2.4.7). It is also recommended to clear your cache folders in %appdata%/Local & /Roaming. Thank you πŸ™‚
  21. Hello, Apologies for the delay. Give the first paragraph a read on the following FAQ: Should guide you a little more on how to approach and get a decent landing πŸ™‚
  22. No worries at all. Glad that is resolved. Enjoy πŸ™‚
  23. Hello, We are working on a new update meant to address the performance as well as some other things you have mentioned. We'll also take a look at what you've reported. Can you double check your MSFS assistance options and make sure none of the options are enabled? Thank you πŸ™‚
  24. Thank you for the follow-up. We'll take a look πŸ™‚
  25. Ah ok now I understand. As mentioned, we'll take a look at the starter switch 🫑 As for SU3, it just went live Wednesday this week - there is no other version of FS2024 at this time.
