This ECAM should disappear once boarding has completed.
Have you ensured the boarding and refuelling process is done correctly both via the EFB & MCDU?
Thank you 🙂
Hello,
Are you able to grab me a video please? Helps us understand the issue better 🙂
Regardless, please double check you've disabled the loudness limiter. Guide here:
It also may be worth reinstalling the aircraft entirely.
Thank you 🙂
Hello,
Need a little more information other than "sounds are awful". Examples; exactly what you're referring to would be very much appreciated.
Thank you
Hello,
Go to the navdata option in the OIS and cycle between the two options (Navigraph & Sim Default). Now try again after doing so. This resets the navigation and may refresh the process. Let me know if that resolves it!
Thank you 🙂
Hello,
Liveries for the compatible version do not work on the Premium version and vice versa. The compatible version is merely a "compatible port" of the MSFS2020 so that it functions in MSFS2024. The Premium version uses MSFS2024 specific technology and is a native MSFS2024 aircraft.
Hope that clears it up. Thank you! 🙂
Hello,
I understand, but again, on the EFB, have you used your username or the ID (numbers)? Have you tried the other if you've already tried one? Sometimes resolves the issue.
Our official paint kit should do fine.
However, the team has yet to find the time to update it according to the feedback above, unfortunately. Will prod them regarding this again.
Thank you 🙂
Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience. We're having some issues with the iniManager and are working on resolving them as we speak.
Your patience is very much appreciated 🙂
Our scenery has custom lighting, if you have the one by Dream Scenery enabled at the same time, most likely conflicting.
As for the trees being blocky, this is most likely your terrain LOD setting. Can you grab me a screenshot of the lights and the trees?
Thank you 🙂
Hello,
Please clear your scenery indexes. To do that locate your folder by following the path below: MSFS 2020
MSFS 2024
Then delete the contents inside but leave the folder intact. The indexes will rebuild on next load of FS.
This should solve the issue; let me know if it doesn't.
Thank you 🙂
