  3. Thank you for the kind words! Despite what some believe, our goal is to try and make everyone happy; unrealistic I know, but we still want to achieve it! Concerns are always taken to heart and actioned. I admit responses on some threads falls short sometimes but we are actively trying to better that 🙂 Thank you again for your patience and understanding!

  6. Briefly, two cabin packs were put onto the Xbox marketplace by accident and were promptly removed. It seems that website failed to update that or seek clarification. That is indeed incorrect.

  8. Hello, Where have you read that the XBOX version includes a cabin? This is incorrect. No cabins whatsoever for Xbox, unfortunately. As for FS2020 on the PC, nothing we're planning at this time. Maybe in the future we'll reconsider some kind of implementation but not a topic that we are actively discussing. Thank you for your understanding 🙂

  11. Hello, Please ensure your binding profiles for said aircraft don't have other conflicting bindings. Please also make sure in the EFB that "RUDDER CONTROLS TILLER" is enabled. It may also be worth setting the turbulence level to LOW. Let me know if this resolves your issue. Thank you 🙂

  14. Hello, Please ensure to communicate only in English going forward. We have no Korean staff. As for the issue, we are aware and working on a fix. WASM crashes will always be a constant and we have managed to get rid of quite a few of them. Whatever remains is in most cases no longer something we can resolve. Hopefully with future simulator updates, WASM stability will continue to improve. Thank you

  16. Hello, You can select the cockpit variant from the selection screen prior to starting a flight. You click on the aircraft, then configure, then proceed to choose which version you'd like to use. See images. "Modern cockpit with modern panels" is what I believe you're looking for 🙂

It is also worth noting that we have received feedback to consider remodelling parts/whole of the wing and are in talks on doing so, please note it wouldn't be anytime soon, however, still worth noting. 🙂

  21. Hello, Apologies for the late follow-up. I unfortunately believe that we are crossing into waters of which only MS/Asobo can help. This sounds like a wider simulator issue that you're having and I can't tell exactly what is wrong. If you're still experiencing this, please at least ensure you're not on the beta (SU3) and that you have reinstalled the simulator entirely. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.

  24. Hello, We are actively looking into what is causing such performance loss for some users. It is unfortunately a pain to diagnose. We are however hopeful we're making progress. I apologise if you feel that isn't the case but I am hoping you trust that we are doing our best to make you happy. 🙂
