    My apologies, I was under the assumption this thread was for MSFS2024. Disregard. Unfortunately, the crash logs you are getting tell us basically nothing on what could be causing this. Can you verify you are on version 1.1.2? You can do so by going into your community folder then into the a350 folder; there you should find a "manifest" file. Please open it using a text editor (notepad) and check what version is written there. Let me know what it says. Thank you πŸ™‚
  2. Hello, We are having no issue receiving ATIS or send PDC. Please try a complete uninstall then reinstall. Make sure you are indeed on the latest version (1.1.2). You can verify this by going to OPTIONS on the OIS and looking in the bottom left for the version number. Thank you
  3. Hello, Have you ensured all damage and assists are turned off in the MSFS settings? Please double check as they sometimes have the habit of randomly resetting themselves. Thank you

  6. Hello, Your settings are stored in the work folder, where you for example clear your WASM. You may be deleting those when clearing your WASM. Let me know if you need any additional information! πŸ™‚

  15. Hello, Try using a program called "AutoFPS". There are a good amount of tutorials online. Also, try lowering the texture resolution to medium. The visual change is not big enough to warrant the performance impact. Let me know if that makes any difference πŸ™‚

  18. Hello, It visually disables certain ART aspects of the aircraft that may aid in performance; these aspects are usually not seen anyway and are quite hidden away even when performance mode is disabled. Thank you πŸ™‚

Please try logging out of the iniManager then clearing your cache folder (C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\iniManager), then completely uninstalling the program.     Thank you for confirming the fix. We pushed an update to the LIVE version that should address most of these issues. If anyone else sees this, please follow the above method by @Narco5 as that ensures you are on the most up to date version. Thank you!
