We have not refused to answer anything. The most up-to-date information regarding this report is seen scrolling up on this very post. Myself and Rich have told you all that we know about the issue and have logged it internally. We cannot speak on any timeline. Hopefully it'll roll out with a patch in the near future. Hello, Very sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with the product. But please do note, this aircraft is not a flop. Thousands are enjoying it with no issue; am I saying what you are experiencing is a lie? Absolutely not. I understand it is very frustrating however as shown, 4 updates within one month shows the committment we have to better the product. These freezes you speak of are very very hard to catch in testing; we have resolved heaps of WASM reports with the 4 patches we've rolled out in the last few weeks. We continue to better the product, bring more features, fix more WASM crashes, better the performance and overall bring you a seamless experience. Trust me, we are very frustrated that many have experienced these freezes but I am hopeful seeing many of the people that have had issues report back to us that they no longer have any issues and are enjoying the aircraft the way it is meant to be. We have a lot planned for this bird and are committed to bringing more and more updates at an alarming rate. Again, I am sincerely sorry to hear you have had no good experience but I do hope you revisit the product when you see fit. 1.0.4 is already in a very good spot. As for everyone else, all issues here have either already been addressed or have been logged internally and we are working on fix(es). Thank you! 🙂

Hello, Regarding the steering as well as flight dynamics: We will continue to finetune these according to meritable feedback we receieve. These two topics have been heavily discussed and we have assured the community that we did not come up with random numbers to formulate how the aircraft behaves; this is based on realworld data with many type-rated A350 pilots approving of the handling. Nonetheless, like mentioned, this is an ongoing topic of discussion that isn't abandoned and perhaps with some more fine tuning we can reach a result that "feels" just right. As for the other points, radio auto tuning proved to need slightly more effort than anticipated but a fix is in the works! We are also working on both default as well as custom panel states; cannot promise when that'll be ready but it's coming 🙂 Increasing the refresh rates of the displays is 1) Not faithful to the real world counterpart 2) A way to decrease performance overall. It is a compromise and a realism factor we value and will most likely not change. And lastly, 8X isn't out of the question but not something planned as of right now, but again, not out of the question. Thank you!

Hello, This is a known issue. What is happening is that the once you zoom out far enough, the LOD system kicks in trying to render two different LOD levels. We'll sort this out with the next update 🙂 A temporary fix is to zoom in slightly until you see it go back to its normal state. Thank you

Hello, We made changes to the model meaning all liveries must be updated. Most ones on the iniManager are updated to "1.0.1" which will work with the new update. Third party liveries need to be updated to fit the new version. Thank you

Very odd. Initial load is the only one that should be taking a while. Clearing your WASM folders as well as re-installing the aircraft entirely may be a fix if you haven't already, same for you @Jure Let me know if re-installing resolves the issue. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience!

iniManager does not allow clickable links. Also, there's nothing hidden. Searching "how to clear wasm folder iniBuilds" on Google will take you straight to the FAQ.

Hello Phil, Please update to the newest version (1.0.4, make sure you clear your WASM folder as well, guide here: https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/24917-how-to-clear-the-wasm-folder/) and let me know if you are still experiencing issues. We have been very very consistent with updates, granted, first few were focused on bug fixes of course but we do sneak in features with every patch. 1.0.4 just came out, which is this week's second update. This is our flagship product, our creme de la creme; we have some great things planned for this bird and have so far shown a strong commitment on delivering much more. Whether you decide to purchase or not, it'll always be there ready for you; but to reassure you, yes, great things are planned, we will continue to fix issues and add features.
