Ok so, try inputting using on-screen keyboard on the EFB rather than your keyboard. And after setting it, try restarting sim. Sometimes if SimConnect has died, it stops loading. Other things to try is a different flightplan (make sure the official simbrief profile is used, linked in FAQ) This error also happens when route is invalid for the current AIRRAC. If you're using an outdated AIRAC to generate the flightplan on Simbrief, but sim uses latest by default it'll cause this error.

Ok. Try emptying what you have put in, exiting the options tab then going back and inputting the pilot ID again. This way it "resets".

Are you sure you have put the correct Simbrief ID at the top of OPTIONS?

Hello, This is feedback that we have received and already with very very detailed references and information. We are discussing it internally on how to proceed. I don't have any updated information regarding this. I do want to clear up the fact that this was NOT an A330 port. It was created with whatever technical data we had at hand. We do note certain inaccuracies and we'll see what we can do, but this is not a promise of a change, but a promise that we have indeed discussed this internally.
