Lovely suggestion! I do recommend suggesting sceneries in the dedicated post for it (linked below). We always take a look through there and assess what we want to make next. Besides, we are taking a look at how well received our current aussie project is. So we'll see 😉

Hello, I can recommend trying to clear your scenery indexes. No guarantee this will work but it's worth a shot; (MS Store) \AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes (Steam) \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SceneryIndexes Then delete the contents inside but leave the folder intact. (The indexes will rebuild on next load of FS). If this doesn't work, perhaps @Atelic is able to help you lads out. Thank you!

Hello, We had some server issues this morning. All good now 👍

Hi there, Yes.

Hi Sam, Just to double check, have you installed the GSX profile we provide through the iniManager? Thank you
-
Hi, We have and continue to do our best in faithfully recreating the sounds from the real thing. On our teaser (linked below) we released this summer, you can hear snippets of the flaps as well as the engines; do keep in mind that these are work in progress so anything you see/hear is subject to change. Thank you!

Hi, As mentioned, this is mostly out of our control. The update is not a simple "patch fix" that can be pushed through the content manager. It needs to be pushed as a sim update and that is something I assume Microsoft is reluctant on doing when it comes to smaller patches (note this is just my assumption). Regardless, we are at the mercy of Microsoft and when they would like to distribute the fix is entirely up to them; that way we cannot provide any dates or schedules, and I doubt they would be able to either. I am hoping it is sooner than later though! Thank you for your understanding!

Hi, Glad to hear. Enjoy flying! Thank you

We have no information on a release date at the moment but I can say that it will not be available day one of MSFS2024.

Hi Maverick! Apologies for the late reply. Must've missed this post. Anyway! Try to check the maintenance options, to see if it might be a wear and tear issue. If not, try to run A300 without any addons to rule out any potential conflict. Additionally, you can try to clear the work folder: Steam: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600 MS Store: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600 The simulator will recompile those files (same as first time launch) next time you load the a320neo. Thank you

Hi! No worries at all. From what I know, any potential conflicts were resolved with 1.1.2 of the 787-9 so it may be worth to double check if you are indeed on that version, just incase. Other than that, I'm not really sure what the culprit could be. You can try clearing the contents of the "work" folder for the A320. You can do that by locating the folders here: A320neo Steam: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\microsoft-aircraft-a320neo MS Store: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Packages\microsoft-aircraft-a320neo The simulator will recompile those files (same as first time launch) next time you load the a320neo. Thank you and I hope this resolves the issue!

Hello, Don't worry, again, this is still all work-in-progress. The product is still in production so many things may/have changed already up until release. For future reference, please use only English for communication on this forum. Thank you!

Hello, This is a known issue that dates back quite a while. We will of course resolve it once we find the cause, but I am keen on saying this is a simulator issue in regards to default aircraft.
-
Hi Jason, I completely understand your frustration and I also understand that the assumption was for MSFS2020. However, we looked deeper into it and support two different versions of different spec on two different platforms is not feasible; we opted for the platform that will allow us to pack the product with new features that otherwise would not have been possible on the current platform. Hopefully MSFS2024 in its core releases in good standing. There are some great great aircraft available day one. Regardless, if you do end up deciding on grabbing MSFS2024, we hope you'll give the 350 a chance as well. Your understanding is very much appreciated Thank you

solved The New Madeira Airport - LPMA from Atelic
Eddie replied to Sergio Alves's topic in General Discussion
Hi again Sergio, glad to see that it's all sorted now. Thank you for letting me know! -
Hello, I've reported the issue to the team seeing as T5 (where the A380s would park) does not have a 80m gate. Would you mind also checking with BeyondATC devs exactly what the program is looking for; i.e a specific gate type + size combo? Thank you

Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. Please go into your settings and "Assistance Options". Make sure to disable things such as "Auto-Rudder" as that could be culprit for the steering issue. Also go into the EFB and enable "RUDDER CONTROLS TILLER". Let me know if those suggestions were of any help. Thank you!

Hi there, You can reach out to RW Profiles regarding this on their discord Thank you

iniBuild LEIB scenery is no longer valid using configuration with iniManager
Eddie replied to sonicablue's topic in Support
Hi there, Please try re-installing the scenery entirely and try again. Let me know if that makes any difference Thank you! -
Hello, This is actually how it is IRL as seen on this photo (albeit we are using slightly different 3D models, however the orientation is the same):

Hi again, apologies for the late reply. Have you tried re-installing the aircraft by any chance? Can't think of other fixes. Perhaps try with an empty community folder to rule out conflicts. Rename the existing folder to _Community, create a new community folder, put the A300 in there and run the sim to see if you're still having the issue. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience

Hi there, Hopefully with the new optimization coming to Xbox, we'll see WASM crashes a lot less frequently if at all. Nothing I can comment on at the moment but both us and Microsoft have done our best to minimize any WASM crashes (freezing avionics etc). Thank you

Hi again, Unfortunately no. This is already resolved; just waiting for MS to publish an update in the future as this is unfortunately not possible through a normal Content manager update, and needs a dedicated update. I have no word on a timeframe but I understand this is very frustrating. Apologies and thank you for your patience

Hi there, Would you mind grabbing us a video of this in action? Would be very much appreciated. Uploading it to Google Drive / YouTube as unlisted works just fine. Alternatively where have you tried loading in so I can try reproducing. Thank you

Hello Peter, I replied to you in your initial thread a few weeks ago and didn't hear back;
