Hello @Adam Alhayek Try clearing your scenery indexes. To do that locate your folder by following the path below. (MS Store) \AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes (Steam) \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SceneryIndexes Then delete the contents inside but leave the folder intact. (The indexes will rebuild on next load of FS) This should solve the issue.

Hello, Please try resetting your Simbrief ID in the EFB and make sure to use ID only (numbers). Reload the aircraft and try again. Thank you

Hello, For future reference, if you click your username in the top right and scroll all the way down, there's an "Alternate Downloader" option. Turning it on will 9 out of 10 times resolve any download issues. Apologies for the inconvenience regardless! Thank you

Hello, What do you mean by "error". Is the iniManager returning said error when you try installing? If so, try the alternate download as it may resolve the problem. You can find that option by clicking your name in the top left and scrolling down until you see "alternate downloader" at the bottom. Enable that and try again. Let me know if that resolves the issue! Thank you

Hi there, If you are installing any iniBuilds products, on the installation page of the scenery you'll be given the option to install an official GSX profile for our sceneries. Image attached below If however the option does not show up, there is no official GSX profile available for that scenery. You usually can find profiles on websites such as flightsim.to Thank you

Also make sure to only use the EFB to mess with weights & balance and never the MSFS menu! Thank you

Hi there, This is actually intentional. Powering up from C&D immediately displays values when ECAM comes alive. As seen in this video (timestamped for convenience, ignore the title too 😆 The older airbuses (EIS1) however display XXs until FADEC powers up.

Hello Mitchell, Apologies, we've must've missed your initial inquiry. As for the issue, please ensure no inputs are being detected (aileron, elevator or rudder axis). Going from the video, I notice your left elevator being triggered by a manual input in this case. If what is mentioned above doesn't work, please make sure the overhead mode switches are active: Thank you!
