Thank you, passed on to the team.

Hello, I am not able to reproduce this issue. Do you perhaps have any third party camera addons that may cause this? I've tried this on every variant and have yet to encounter a crash. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 2025.03.04 - 16.24.20.02.mp4

Hello, I have forwarded this request to the team!

This should be resolved with today's patch. Please let me know if so.

FS2024 Paintkit, conversion tips, mirroring fixes?
Eddie replied to Editer's topic in Modelling & Texturing
We are cracking ahead with this as soon as possible. I understand it may feel like this has been shadowed by the A350; that is not the intention at all. Our art team has been very busy with.. well the A350. That is of course not your problem and I understand the frustration. Regardless, it's coming. I can't say when but I've prodded the team about it again. Thank you so much for your patience -
A350 first flight - Discovered ISSUES so far [MSFS2020]

Patch pushed by us, 1.0.1. Please update your GSX as recent update has A350 specific additions. Thank you -
WASM crashes are impossible to identify without having them reported back to us. There are hundreds of things that a user can do that triggers one and them being reported to us is the only way we can fix them. Our testing group identified MANY that were fixed prior to release. We are doing what we can as fast as we can. We did not sell this product knowingly of WASM issues that hadn't been fixed. A patch went out today, just over 48 hours since release, addressing a lot of the reports that we have receieved. No product is perfect.

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We've just pushed an update addressing many of the issues users have reported. Please give it a try! Thank you

Hello, When a product goes out to a wider group of users, issues that the mere 10 people didn't notice during testing are revealed. That is why most companies have something called "day 1 patch" for any software releases, whether that being a game or a product such as this. I more than understand the frustration and I myself would not want issues such as these plaguing a product I've been anticipating. Now we have released a patch just under 2 hours ago that should address many of the issues users were having. There will continue to be issues being reported in and the product will never be perfect but, we can do our best to get it damn near close. Our team is working overtime every day since release fixing every single thing coming our way. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly hope your opinion on the matter is somewhat bettered now that we've pushed this hotfix patch. Thank you for your understanding.

Please update. Fixed in latest patch.

Alrighty, I've notified the team regarding the concerns mentioned here. Thank you for the feedback!

My apologies, running on very little sleep since release. Meant for you to install after it shows up as not installed. Not trying to fool anyone. As an FYI - Hotfix-patch1 will be pushed to the manager soon (planned for today).
-
It will be available via our iniManager as an update :). It's good practice that you clear your WASM folder as well as completely uninstall the aircraft and install it again when the update is available. How to clear WASM: FS20: https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/24996-how-to-clear-the-wasm-folder/ FS24: https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/24917-how-to-clear-the-wasm-folder/ No current ETA aside from it being today. Thank you for your patience 🙂

The MSFS2020 version of the aircraft was never advertised with a cabin. I need more information. Again, need more information. This could be faulty control-bindings, assists turned on in the MSFS settings etc. These are known as "WASM" crashes. They are random and hard to track. We have fixed whatever WASM crashes people have reported to us and should be in the upcoming patch hopefully out today. You must click and hold an extra second, then it will register with no issue. If you are referring to the flight-model, it has been carefully crafted and vetted by real world type-rated pilots. Not sure I understand. "In terms of character" sounds subjective no? Anyway. We are committed to fixing whatever issues may have plagued the aircraft since its release 48 hours ago and the hotfix patch should be available for download in the coming hours. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that issues may have caused you. Hopefully this patch will get you the enjoyment you expected. Teşekkür ederim

You must manually opt in. https://www.flightsimulator.com/sim-update-1-beta-now-available-to-join-msfs-2024/

We are working on pushing a hotfix patch out today with 80 entries. Should be very soon. Thanks

We are working on a patch hopefully out today (Feb 28th zulu time) that should address these issues. Unfortunately we do not process refunds. All digital purchases are final. I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience; hopefully this patch will sort things out for you. However, it seems you have not joined the SU1 beta for MSFS 2024. Please see:

Hello, This is a known issue, we're working on it! Apologies for the inconvenience and very much appreciate the patience 🙏
-
Thank you very much for the kind words! We are very much hard at work with getting the first patch out that should address any current major issues. Thank you so much for your patience!
-
This is normal for addon aircraft...? Default assist options interfere with custom system logic. Unless you want your aircraft to have default MSFS systems, there's not other way to make it compatible. Thank you
-
Hello, For now, you may use sim default navdata. It was very clearly communicated that a user is required to be on SU1 to use the Navi navdata. There's not much else we can do for you apart from using default navdata as mentioned. Thank you
-
Hello. Please make sure all assists are turned off in the settings and turbulence setting set to low. Thank you
-
Hello, Known bug - working on it. Thank you for the patience 🙏

Hello all, The flight-model is very carefully crafted based on heaps of data as well as A LOT of type-rated pilot guidance. It may come down to adjusting the sensitivity settings of your hardware that would eliminate the "uncomfortable" feeling. FS20: https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/25088-recommended-controller-sensitivity-settings/ FS24: https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/25075-recommended-controller-sensitivity-settings/ At the end of the day, we are confident that we have made a faithful recreation of the FM as per real-world pilot feedback. We are of course always going to fine-tune it as necessary. Thank you!

Hello, Yes. These are known as "WASM" crashes. Very pesky things. We are working on fixing them as we speak. Hoping to have a patch up as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your continued patience!
