Hello, The topic is not closed. It is locked from further replies. We are ACTIVELY looking into the issue. Had it been easy to fix, it would have been ages ago. I more than understand it is frustrating and we are frustrated too for your sakes. We are working our hardest on resolving this and will implement a fix the second one is found. The reason the other thread was locked is because the replies that were coming in no longer are beneficial, instead, replies such as the one you have made here; this does not help us speed things along nor does it help us find an issue. Hello, I understand the frustration, however, the cabin was specifically built using the LOD system that FS2024 offers. The same detail as well as size of the cabin cannot be achieved in FS2020 without a major performance impact. It is also communicated on the store page what comes with each version. Regardless, your purchase is for both FS2020 & FS2024. Should you make the change to FS2024 at any time, you'll have a nice selection of cabins waiting for you. Hello, I understand the frustration however, there's the if we say nothing, it's a problem and if we say something, it's not enough. We unfortunately cannot please everyone. We have approached this topic both ways and it seems we still cannot make anyone happy. Again, I say what I said 3 weeks ago; it is in the works and proving to be a lengthy process, especially with the update cycle that is the default aircraft as we do not have a direct way to deliver updates. These are, at the end of the day, MS/Asobo products. I hope the above is sufficient of an update, because we do care, we are working on it and we wish it could have been sooner but that simply hasn't been the case. Thank you

Hello, This is only a visual thing we've had to do with the marketplace version; we're looking at other ways to number the versions across the platforms but what you have on the iniManager is always the most up to date, not to worry! 🙂

Hello, Please try uninstalling the iniManager, then clear all iniManager files in \AppData\Roaming and \AppData\Local. Afterwards, install the .exe from the official website. This process will net you a clean and new install of the iniManager. Please let me know if this lets you install the newest version. I understand you already have reinstalled, but clearing the cache along with a new .exe install may resolve it. Thank you 🙂

It already was logged, but, people come and complain if they see this thread not marked as logged. Sometimes seeing it from a different perspective can clear a lot of things up 👍

Hello, Please share your crash logs. Also, are you on SU3? This issue has lessened significantly from what we've seen. It's near impossible to track down because people say "my sim crashed" without any information that can help us determine the cause. Thank you
