Hello everyone. Last Saturday i took the A310 again for a flight. While cockpit preperation i noticed that the warning "bings" are very loud. I reduced the system volume by almost 50%. I'm fully aware of the fact that notification or warning sounds need to be loud, but i guess not that loud. Is there any way to reduce the volume level? Greetings

Hello everyone, I really appreciate your work, but, why is there still no touchdown sound effect on landing? Magnetic levitation aircraft don't exist yet 😁 so should this sound effect be important given that the aircraft weighs a few tons? The aircraft is really well made otherwise, you did really well. But why is the touchdown sound effect missing? I've been pointing this out to you for a long time. I noticed that in the A300 version (paid) you added this effect that was missing and in the new A320neo V2 it is ok. Why not the A310?

During landing, the touch-down is silent, I can’t hear the tires touching the runway. No sound effects. All volume sliders are up in the MSFS settings menu. With other, default and third party aircraft, no problem. I also tried headphones to hear in detail, but I can’t hear the tire and suspension kickback on landing. I can hear only the other sounds like vibrations, engines and thrust reversers. Only the tach-down sound effect is missing.

I am having a weird issue when trying to listen to the in-sim ATIS - when I tune to the frequency, it just keeps stuttering. It tries to start, it stops, restarts, stops. If I click the transfer toggle while the radio is stuttering and switch to another frequency (any random frequency that’s not the ATIS), the entire ATIS plays (once) without interruption. No matter what airport I am at, this happens. Has anyone experienced this?

Hi team, First up, thanks for pushing such a comprehensive update for this plane - it's one of my favourites in the sim as it's such an interesting combination of analogue and computerised tech - love that period of time, tech wise. I have some (constructive) feedback regarding the sounds. Just to add some colour, I am formerly an audio engineer, and now a software product manager in the audio/video space, so I do understand some of the challenges that you guys face, and would be very happy to help the team directly if needs be. Engine Sounds: Overall, a big improvement. Great to hear the "buzzsaw" growl of the CF6 on takeoff! The overall engine sound m…

Hi! First the good news: sounds in the latest beta are a lot better now! Two things I'd like to be changed: 1.) wind sound on flightdeck is still too low. Take the wind sound from the cabin near the engine inlets as an example of how it should be. So, just change the VC wind sound to the one in the cabin....perfect! 2.) engine sound fade out: the fading out of the engine sounds should make them more silent on higher altitudes (20.000ft and above). At higher altitudes you can only here a gentle rumble from the engines (vibration running through the fuselage). Fenix did a great job on that with their latest build as an example. Best regards, Wolfgan…

Hello everyone! I don't know but I think there was any update or something else where the sound volume was changed. In the "old version" fall 2022, I had normal loud sounds for the A310. Now it is very low. Please fix this. This is a realy immersion breaker for this wonderful aircraft.

Guys, the sound that used to be very loud is now very low even with headphones at maximum, the simulator sounds at maximum and the operating system too. The general sounds of the plane are pretty good, if you could just turn the volume to maximum like before and let everyone adjust the volume on the EFB it would solve this problem. The sound of the plane was never a problem due to its low quality, on the contrary it is the most faithful sound of the GE CF6 that the simulators have, the problem has always been a matter of high volume and equalization. I know that there is no way to attend to everyone, so I suggest that they come back with the volume adjustment bar…

Hi, I would like to start by saying what an absolute joy the A310 in MSFS is to fly in terms of feeling and systems. The sounds in the A310 in XP-11 were absolutely fantastic. The MSFS external engine sounds seem very quiet to me especially relative to other ambient sounds. Would it be possible to put the same sounds from the Xplane-11 version (at the same volume) onto this rendition of the plane or turn up the volume on the external engine sounds - I have worked around planes as part of ground handling and these things are almost deafening - they should definitely be louder than the APU and other ambient sounds around the airport. Thank you …

I'm really enjoying flying the inibulids A310, it's a great addition to MS Flight Sim. However, I'm having a lot of trouble with sounds related to ATC. ATC messages are often incomplete or truncated. I can't hear my responses to ATC. ATC can usually be heard but occasionally quits speaking part way through a flight. The ATIS stutters or repeats the first few words over and over. Ryzen 7 7700x, Radeon RX 6800XT, 32 GB RAM. Microsoft Store version 1.29.30.0. Thank you, Sirraj

Hi! Overall sounds have been greatly improved with the latest beta update, so thx for that! Still there are some things to improve... 1.) Exterior sounds still miss the howling sound when the engines come out of idle. 2.) Wind sound in VC is too silent when at greater speed (+180kts). 3.) Engine sounds getting silent with altitude too early....should be more slowly and seemlessly go silent the higher you fly. Hope that helps! Regards, Wolfgang

Hello, I have this issue with the A310, both in the previous and the new version of it... when I turn my APU or engine bleed on, the air sounds change too much when moving from the captain view to other positions in the cockpit... in the way that, in the first officer position they are completely unhearable and when looking at the EFB they're way too loud... this is especially noticable when on the ground with engines off and APU bleed on... can anyone help me or is a fix for this issue planned? thanks in advance :))

Hello Support Team, I realize the ATIS issue was previously reported and may be fixed awaiting an update release. Just in case you're not aware, I would like to share some additional information. The attached pic's show a below and after tuning the radio to ATIS. As you can see in the "Before Switch" picture the non-primary channel is tuned to ATIS. After selecting ATIS tuning, you'll note both radios automatically tune to a non-selectable channel, 134.824. The "3rd" picture shows that if I go back and select ATIS from the MSFS menu that radio tunes to 134.824 instead of 134.825. During all this ATIS is stuck in the initial announcement loop - now for the cr…

Hey guys, I got a few more improvements for the sounds: - missing flaps drag (mainly cabin) - missing spoilers drag - missing jetblast behind the engines (exterior) at high thrust Furthermore I agree on the opinion of other users regarding the CF6 characteristics. It only helps to compare videos and enhance the engine sounds even more. Thanks a lot.

Hi, since the latest update for the A310 I've noticed the engine sounds have been changed. For me, the CF6's seem to have lost their characteristic high pitched whine during spool up which was there before the update and represented very well IMO. Now the sound of the packs and other ambient sounds almost totally drown out the engine sounds where everything was quite nicely balanced before. I'm wondering if the sounds maybe adjusted again in the future? Thanks.

Hi guys, Look like the A310 has been updated in my MSFS (don't have beta). And since then, I cannot longer change sounds parameter within the EFB. Is it normal ? If yes, then I'm disappointed as the A310 sounds (all sounds) are 33% louder than the rest of all aircraft I have. All my sounds are 100% in the sim and I setup my sound at 30% in my Acer monitor. This is giving me a perfect volume for all aircraft except the A310 which I have to put the sound down at least at 20% in my monitor, thus all sounds (environment, FsRealistic, GSX, radio, IVAO, etc..) are way too low. Cheers,

Hello devs, Yesterday I updated to the latest sim version (1.29.30.0), but I can't hear any bleed sounds in the cabin with the APU + Bleed turned on. In the cockpit your clearly hear the bleeds working, but not in the cabin. Also in the back of the cabin you can hear the APU noise, but not from the bleeds. Please fix that and bring the cabin to life. Thank you for the fast update and great product.🤩

Hi. 😃 Does anybody have an idea how I can listen to the morse codes of my tuned in Navaids? (VOR/ADF/ILS). Switching on (up) the knobs and increasing the volume on the ACPs didn't do it. I can confirm the Navaids are recieved by seeing the needles and DMEs on the DDRMI indicate the correct values... Is this maybe an MSFS bug? I think there was something with Identifier sounds which were too silent some time ago...?! 🧐 best regards, Benni T.

XBOX X The Wind Buffeting sound in the cockpit that others have mentioned is overdone and overpowering in my opinion. At Altitude with 90-100% power it is at its worst ,if I reduce power but maintain the same airspeed by slightly descending the excessive popping almost disappears ,so it appears to be connected to the engine power setting .I have modified all the sound settings in MSFS to try to eliminate it,but the only thing that works is to switch to Mono within MSFS ,which is not ideal.Maybe it is an Xbox issue only?

Hey y'all, A bug on my side. When flying manually I can hear the altitude alerter sound. However, under A/P the sound doesn't play, don't hear nothing at all (the amber light is woorking in both case though). Cheers,

I'm on the MSFS Beta and even with the changes the clicking sounds of the knobs is too loud. Have tried turning them down in the sounds but you basically have to turn cockpit sounds off. Which sound setting in the MSFS sound menu in particular turns these sounds down ? Is there a way to disable the sound because it is unrealistic the way it is.

I noticed in some YT videos, there is a trim movement sound when the trim is used. I don’t hear that in my sim. The trim is moving fine and i can see the trim wheel moving visually. Is it correct that a trim wheel moving sound is implemented and if so, do you have any suggestions to get it working. Sound settings on the efb are all set at 50% and all sounds are at 100% in the msfs settings. Btw, i’m having a blast flying this plane the handling and the delayed thrust is spot on! Kind Regards, Andre
