  1. Hello, Logged. Thank you!
  2. Hello, We do not control the frequency of update pushes onto the marketplace. The reason users receive updates significantly faster on our own store is simple: we control when to release it. Refer to the above solution if you want updates quicker. Thank you
  3. Hello, Apologies, must've misunderstood. I'll check in with the team and we'll take another look. Thank you!
  4. Hello, Forwarded this too. Thank you!
  5. Hello, Thank you. Have forwarded this to the team 🙂
  6. Hello, I've forwarded this to the team. Thank you!
  7. Hello, We are nearing the Xbox release; just wrapping up the testing and hopefully roll it out to you all soon! Thank you for your patience! 🙂
  8. Hello, Are you getting an ICE warning on the ECAM when you notice this? Also, is this behaviour you've noticed in later versions (1.0.10, 1.0.11)? Thank you
  9. Hello, Have you seen an improvement with the latest update (1.0.11)? Thank you
  10. Hello, Adding more animations will impact performance in the grand scheme of things, and yes, even a simple door animation does. Regardless, I'll forward your suggestion and we'll see what we can do. Thank you! 🙂
  11. Hello, I'm not entirely sure if this is possible due to how the simulator handles exterior and interior properties. I'll forward this to the team regardless and we can take a look. Thank you 🙂
  12. Hi there, Can you please confirm that you've enabled the "Rudder controls tiller" option in the OIS? Thank you
  13. Hello, Thanks for your report. This is a sim issue; the transparency properties of a lot of materials are broken since the SU2 update. It's affecting spinners, wheels, glass, lights, mesh objects and a lot more. As such needs resolution on the sim side. The issue is not limited to iniBuilds or products made by us. Thank you for your understanding 🙂

  15. Hello, Thank you for the feedback! We'll take a look at what refinements can be made. 🙂
  16. Hello, This has been reported in the past and has been logged. Thank you anyway 🙂
  17. Thank you all for the very thorough testing. We'll take a look alongside you and see what conclusion we can reach.
  18. Hello, We'll take a look at what could be causing this. Apologies for the inconvenience.
  19. Hello, Thank you for sharing your findings! 🙂
  20. Hello all, The update we just pushed out (1.0.11) addresses these concerns as per: "UPDATED: Elevator trim blending logic proposal for smoother rotation handling when transitioning from ground to air OIS" from the change-log. We've worked on it extensively and recommend you all to try again with this update. 🙂 Let me know how it feels and enjoy! Thank you for your continued feedback and have a lovely weekend.
  21. Hello, Unfortunately, as much as we wish there is a "final indefinite fix", that simply is not possible. Most WASM crashes are either extremely specific to a certain routing, departure, arrival or specific action done on the aircraft and even if properly reported to us, we sometimes may not be able to reliably reproduce the specific issue to fix it. I understand it is VERY frustrating and I assure you, we feel that frustration right alongside you. We have fixed hundreds of reported WASM crashes already and continue to do so. Regardless, MS/Asobo are actively looking into further WASM stability that will hopefully stabilise it going forward. If you have the time and would be willing to help, getting us steps to reproduce this will help us at least investigate the specific WASM crash you have experienced: Thank you for your understanding and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Have a lovely rest of your week! 🙂
  22. Hello, Thank you for the feedback. Will pass this along to the team 🙂
  23. Hello, We get this question a few times a week and I always seem to see people complaining about no response regarding the matter even though I've personally answered quite a few threads about this. Like CptPaul mentions above, we are in full swing on testing and optimisation to ensure as seamless of an experience as possible, straight from day 1. I assure you that is something you as Xbox customers will appreciate more than having it in your game in an unfinished state. There is not any more information I can give aside from the fact that we are working on it, it's going well and we'll push it out to you all as soon as it's ready. Thank you 🙂
  24. Hello, Apologies for no reply here! We've identified the problem and are working on a fix; I assure you it's a priority. Apologies for the inconvenience!
