We are already tracking an issue concerning the AP disconnecting because of noise in the users yoke. Try using AP2, that one shouldn't disconnect. -
V/S mode switching itself off is a known issue that will be patched in 1.0.7 and we are still looking at the V/NAV performance 🙂

Yes, this throttle issue will be fixed in 1.0.7, in the meantime please follow the SOP of spooling up the engines to 50% N1 and then press the TOGA button.

This is actually good to know. So you start on the runway, turn off the engines, change your fuel do all your flightplanning and then start the engines up again?
