That would be because it is not a flat screen, but rather a curved CRT screen

This is correct, was removed as the real aircraft doesnt have it. -

Heya S4nt0ss, I can't replicate this, does this happen every time for you? If so could you give me exact steps to reproduce? Also give me outside conditions etc? Hotstarts ver much are modelled btw

The page got removed for VNAV improvements, will be back (probably) with the next update 🙂 Will work the same as in the A310.

Long flights are possible, if you not start on the runway. It is a known issue however and will be fixed in the next version.

Yes, we are aware if this issue, however we can't internally replicate it with a logging enabled build, which makes it next to impossible to fix it.

We will take another look at the tables, but I wouldnt necessarily say that this is a bug. Iirc flex 58 is the maxiumum and the A300 is notoriuously overpowered, so both configurations can be a safe take off calculation.
