  1. Thanks. We're aware there's an issue with marketplace purchases and our multi-jetway tool. We are actively working with Microsoft to get this tool available to our marketplace customers. Thank you again for your patience!
  2. My response from 2 weeks ago has not changed :)
  3. Unfortunately no info to provide currently. Thanks for your patience!
  4. Ah, my apologies! Your best bet would be to request a transfer for one of the sceneries. This should give you access to download the Multi-Jetway Tool. I'll also ask the team if there is a better solution. Thanks!
  5. Hi, Thanks for your suggestion! While I'm not sure this is something we're looking to pursue, I will forward it to the team for further consideration. Thanks again!
  6. Yea that's a weird one. I haven't come accross this issue yet on any other thread. I'll keep looking out for a possible fix. Thanks for your patience!
  7. Thanks for your report. Going to forward this to the team for further investigation. Thanks again!
  8. Hi, I'll investigate this on my end and report back. Thanks for your patience,

Hi, I don't believe this is possible with the way you are currently running the sim. Unfortunately, if you don't have access to your Community folder or the relevant files, there isn't much we can do to troubleshoot or resolve the issue. Thanks for your understanding!
  10. If you click on the store page for any of the sceneries you mentioned, you should see an option to install the Multi-Jetway Tool. You only need to install it once. Hope this helps! Thanks!
  11. Hi, Thanks for your report. I'll forward this to the team for further clarification. Thanks for your patience!
  12. No updates yet. I have made the team aware of your requests. Thanks for your patience!
  13. Hi, Have you done the throttle calibration through the EFB? Thanks!
  14. Well, that not ideal. I have not had this issue personally, but will do some testing on my side and report back. Thanks for your patience!
  15. Nothing to report yet. Thanks for your continued patience!
  16. I'm not entirely sure how other developers are able to upload so many liveries. I believe the problem is, you cannot put anything on the Markeplace for "free". Thanks!
  17. Hi, Thanks for your feedback, as always! I will note this for the team to review. Thanks again!
  18. Interesting, I'm not entirely sure. I've never had this issue trying to update the AIRAC. I'll look around the Synaptic discord for any others having issues. Thanks for your patience!
  19. Are you on PC or console? Thanks!
  20. I'm not entirely sure. I will forward this question to the team for further clarification. I know our goal is to always improve the end users experience, this would definitely align with that. Thanks!
  21. Thanks Dennis, you are not on the beta. I'll do some testing on my side and hopefully get a response for you. Thanks for your patience!
  22. Hi, Thanks for your question! The main limitation for Xbox users is that, unlike PC, Xbox does not have access to the Community Folder, where many freeware and third-party liveries are distributed. For a livery to be available on Xbox, it generally needs to be distributed through the in-sim Marketplace and meet Microsoft's Marketplace requirements, which requires specific licensing. As a result, the selection of liveries available on Xbox can be considerably smaller than what is available on PC. There are still third-party liveries available for Xbox through the Marketplace, but not every PC livery is able to make its way onto the platform. Thanks!

Hi, This has already been logged by the team and should be fixed in the next update! Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a release date. Thanks for your patience!

Hi, The 350 and 380 have this implemented, although we are currently investigating some weird behaviour, which should be fixed in the next update. Thanks!
