Hello, This has been logged, and the team is currently investigating the root cause. Thank you!
  4. Hi, Thanks for the feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this with us! If you’ve already reported it on the Synaptic Discord, hopefully they’ve logged it as an issue and will be able to investigate it further. Thanks again for your time and support!
  5. Hi Sam, Glad to hear you’ve been enjoying the 707! Our art team had access to and used this aircraft as a reference during development. I’ve attached some photos for reference as well. Hope this helps, and thanks again!
  6. Hi Carl, Thanks for your help with the troubleshooting. I’ll forward this over to a team member with an Xbox and have them test it. I’ll report back once they’ve had a chance to investigate. Thank you again for your time and help!
  7. Hi Carl, Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the A350 on Xbox. My first suggestion would be to uninstall and reinstall the aircraft through the in-game marketplace, as this can sometimes resolve issues caused by corrupted or incomplete files. Let me know if that helps. Thanks!
  8. Hopefully they can track down the issue. Personally, I haven’t experienced any issues with this behaviour, and I’ve completed around 30–40 flights now. Could a keybind possibly be causing the issue? Do you have any keyboard keybinds assigned to roll, yaw, or any other flight control inputs? Thanks!
  9. Hi, For the A35K, does this occur while you’re on the ground setting up the aircraft, or does the EFOB simply stop continuously updating as you fly along your flight path? Thanks!
  10. Hi, Thanks for your inquiry. The 707 we developed in collaboration with Working Title and Asobo/Microsoft is based on the “Combi” version of the 707. Hope this helps! Thanks!
  11. Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into sharing it. I’ll be sure to pass this along to the team for future consideration. That said, looking at the pictures you attached, I’m not really seeing a significant difference between the two. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback!

Hi, Sorry, I didn’t realize you were on Xbox. Unfortunately, the terrain radar is not available on the Xbox version of the A350. Thanks for your understanding!
  13. Great question! I believe we’ll have more information on that in the not too distant future. In the meantime, be sure to follow our usual social channels to stay up to date with the latest news and announcements. Thanks!
  14. Hi everyone, Microsoft/Asobo would be the best point of contact regarding this, as they ultimately control the outcome. Thanks for your understanding!
  15. Hi, Without an official paint kit, I can only imagine how difficult it must be. This is definitely a strong talking point and may be worth bringing up on the MSFS forums, as they ultimately control whether or not a paint kit is made publicly available. Glad to hear you're enjoying the aircraft! Thanks for your support!
  16. Hello, The team is aware of certain simvars not being implemented correctly and is working to get this resolved. Thank you for your patience and continued support!
  17. Thank you! The team is currently working on an update for Luton. Keep an eye out on our usual social channels for more info! Thank you again for your continued support!

Hi, Haha, I’m glad you made it! Have you downloaded the terrain radar data through the IOS? That may be the cause of the issue. Hope that helps! Thanks!
  19. Hi everyone, Pleased to let you know that this issue has been addressed! Thank you all again for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention.
  20. Hi, Sorry to hear that your first impression of our Dubai scenery was less than ideal. We’re constantly monitoring user feedback and making the necessary updates, so we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. As for the GSX profile, please make sure “Disable rear staircases if jetway” is toggled on. Note: Please also make sure the default hand-crafted Asobo Dubai scenery is disabled in your Content Manager within the sim. Hope this helps! Thanks!
  21. Hi André, This is exactly why we love the flight sim community! I’ll pass these references along to the art team for consideration in future updates. Thank you again for taking the time and for your passion for the aircraft!
  22. Hi, Thanks for your feedback! I’ve made note of this and will pass it along to the art team for further consideration. Thank you again!
  23. Hi Pat, The A350 can only park at Heavy gates, which explains the issue you were experiencing. I also loaded in with the A220, and all of the G gates are working as intended. Hope this helps! Thanks!
  24. Hi, I’m sorry to hear you’re still experiencing this issue. I’ll pass it along to the team for further investigation. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
  25. Hi, For future reference, you can bind a button on your sidestick/yoke to “Autopilot OFF,” which should help! Alternatively, if you look at the sidestick in the sim, you’ll see a red button that will also disconnect the autopilot. Remember to press it twice, as the second press will silence the disconnect alarm. Hope this helps!
