Hi, Most likely, the reason it isn’t showing on the FMA is because your throttles are not set to the correct detent. Please ensure your throttles are in the FLX/MCT detent. Thanks!

Hi George, If you purchased through iniManager, go to the top left, beside your username, where you should see a gear icon. Click this, and a small dropdown menu with four options should appear. The first option is labelled “SimPaths.” Click this to open a new screen where you can select which folder the scenery installs to. I’ve attached a few screenshots to help guide you through the process. *Note Do not copy my file structure, as yours may be different. Simply locate your community folder Thanks!

Hi, I’m not entirely sure how the sim behaves on Xbox, but based on comments from other users, this appears to be a limitation with the sim and Xbox itself. It could definitely be worth mentioning this over on the official MSFS forums as well. Thanks!

Hi, I just tested this on my end, and everything is working correctly. If you haven’t already done so, please make sure to update your GSX Heathrow profile by removing and reinstalling it through iniManager. I’ve also attached a screenshot that should help clarify which jetway is labelled as what. Hope this helps! Thanks!

Hi, After selecting the Liveries page in iniManager, it should resemble something like the image attached. You should then see a second menu that allows you to cycle through all of our available liveries for each aircraft. Thanks!

As I mentioned in your other post, comparing real-world variables to the sim can be difficult, especially since we don’t know the exact weight and balance, fuel load, number of passengers, or engine parameters from these videos. I’ll pass this along to the team for further review. However, I cannot confirm whether or not these are considered “issues” at this time. Hope this makes sense, and thanks for your understanding!

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. I believe the majority of this will come down to the weight and balance of the aircraft. Fuel, cargo, and passengers will all play a role in determining how much THS is required for landing. I’ll pass this along to the team for further review. However, without knowing the exact weight and balance from the videos attached, it may be difficult to reproduce the issue. Thanks for your understanding!

Hi, I’ve also been receiving this message when I launch the sim. I simply close it and manually launch the map-server once the sim has fully loaded. Let me know if that helps! Thanks!
