  1. Hi, We’re currently working on a substantial update for the A330. While I can’t confirm a release date just yet, we’re hoping to get it into the sim as soon as possible. Thanks for your feedback!

Hi, The iniBuilds products that are currently available on PS5 were made in collaboration with Microsoft. Hope this helps clarify! Thanks!

Hi Trevor, I’m very sorry to hear that your experience has been less than ideal. Would you mind sharing some of the issues you’ve encountered, or any areas you feel we should address? Thanks for your time!
  4. Hi, Thanks for your suggestion! While I can’t promise anything, I’ll be sure to pass it along to the team for future consideration. Thanks!

While we haven’t announced anything just yet, our goal is to bring as many products as possible to PS5. Thanks!
  6. I appreciate you taking the time to provide such a detailed message. As mentioned above, I’ll certainly pass these along to the team for further consideration. Thank you again for your time and feedback!
  7. Hi, Thanks for the detailed report back. I've attached a few screenshots showing some other potential settings to try. I also loaded into OMDB on my end and confirmed that I do not have any static aircraft present. Thanks!
  8. Hi, Tested on our end and everything is working as intented. Wondering if you have some type of keybind/hardware conflict. 20260821-1640-56.2578919.mp4
  9. Enjoy!
  10. Hi Miguel, Please do let us know if the feature continues to work properly once you enable it on every flight. Glad to hear you’re enjoying the aircraft! Thanks!
  11. Hi, Thanks for your feedback! I’ll forward this to the team for further review. Thanks again!
  12. Hi, Can you confirm that you've disabled the default handcrafted Dubai from the content manager? Thanks!

Hi, Thanks for the detailed report and clarification. I’ll pass this along to the team for further consideration and potential implementation. Thanks again for the feedback!
  14. Hi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can confirm that I’m experiencing the same issue on my side. I’ll send a report over to the team so they can investigate and work toward a fix in an upcoming update. Thanks again for the report!
  15. Hi, Glad you got it working! Unfortunately, this means there is likely a corrupt or out of date folder in your main Community folder that is causing issues with the A350. You can slowly start adding your sceneries and utilities back into the new Community folder to help identify which one is causing the issue. Thanks!
  16. Hi, To attach multiple jetways, you’ll need to use the iniBuilds Multi-Jetway Tool, which is located on the default tablet. You can access the tablet by pressing TAB on your keyboard. Using the tool should prompt multiple jetways to attach to the aircraft. I just tested this again on my side, and everything is working as intended. Hope this helps, thanks!
  17. Hi, It looks like you may have another scenery installed, or the installer may not have properly installed v1.1.0. Could you verify that you don't have any other Gatwick scenery running? Once that's confirmed, and if the issue still persists, please uninstall the scenery through iniManager. Then, locate your Community folder and verify that there are no remaining Gatwick EGKK scenery folders. Once confirmed, reinstall the scenery through iniManager. Hope this helps! Thanks!
  18. That was definitely not my intention! Very sorry about that. I've noted the issues you're experiencing with Liverpool and will send them to the team for further investigation. Interestingly, no one here has been able to replicate the issue, and it's working as intended for everyone I've asked to test it. Thanks for your patience!
  19. Most likely the culprit. Check to see for any livery updates. Thanks!
  20. Hi, I just tested this on my end and I'm not having any issues. I've attached some screenshots below for reference. Please make sure you have the correct and most up-to-date GSX profile installed through iniManager. You can uninstall and reinstall the profile to ensure you have the latest version. Also, make sure Disable rear staircase if jetway is enabled in your GSX settings. Thanks!
  21. Hi, Yes, when using any 3rd party scenery, you must disable the default airport through the in game content manager. Thanks!
  22. Hi, Just tested on my end, everything is working as intented. Possible issue with a 3rd party livery? Thanks!
  23. I do believe this is a GSX issue, but will log and have the art team investigate. Thank you!

Hi Markus, As there is heavy construction going on IRL in Chicago, we've based our scenery on the best references we had available at the time. Expect future additions/update as reference material become available. Regarding Taxiway T, I can confirm that it is there. Taxiway L appears to lead to the new satellite terminal currently under construction, so I would expect that to be added in a later update once the satellite terminal has been completed. A5 should be connected to the ramp, and I've logged this for the team to investigate. Thanks!
