Hi, I bought the A220 today, and one of the first things I test with a new add-on is the panel states. When I select GPU or APU, simply nothing happens. Is this intended? I like starting with a fully prepared aircraft in the sim, as that is more realistic.

On the pedestal, all three RMPs feature INT volume knobs that automatically return to zero when adjusted, rather than retaining the set volume. This makes it impossible to use Cockpit2Ground.

I moved from the Market Place to Inibuilds today. After downloading from the Inibuilds site and rebooting etc, I loaded up 2024 in the anticipation of doing a flight. However, that wasn't to be. These are the problems I have encounted while parked at a gate; Nothing happens when I turn the two battery switches on. The aircraft is still completely unpowered. The strobe lights are flashing while the aircraft is parked, even with no power and all light switches are turn off. In the EFB, after clicking on "wheel chokes" the green confirmation appears at the top, but chokes are not visible. The throttle levers are stuck in Max Reverse and won't budge. Is there something…

I am using MSFS 2020. I routinely disconnect the autopilot about 5 mile final, autothrottle on FMS speed about 165 knots, flaps 2, gear down, stable with wings level, descending about 700 fpm. When I do this, the aircraft seems to be trimmed slightly nose down, and a slight amount of right aileron trim. So if I don't immediately correct it with the sidestick, the airplane will steepen its descent and begin banking slowly right. It does not seem to me like the correct behavior, and--yes--I have checked the calibration of my sidestick.

When I calibrated my throttle hardware in the A220, using AXIS+BUTTON, I found that it requires the TOGGLE or HOLD REVERSE THRUST input to be assigned to a button. Every other MSFS aircraft I have (third party or default) allows F2 to enable reverse thrust by moving the lever input into the reverse range. This is a default behaviour in MSFS. F2 will decrease A220 throttle lever position in the forward range, but not in the reverse range. Can this method be enabled for the A220? I can add the required binding as a specific A220 input and use reverse thrust that way, but I find advancing the throttle to increase reverse thrust is counter intuitive. Kevin

Hi, just have a question for the nosewheel steering for keyboard use (0 and enter). I tried several settings for the tiller in cockpit ("pedall disc") and the "nose steer " button but no reaction for my steering inputs. Couldn't find any setting in the EFB aswell. What should I look for? I don't use any physical sticks pedals etc.

Hello, I have an issue with EFB, no matter where i click on efb it doesn't react. I've reinstalled it and updated this addon and still nothing. EFB is just frozen. only current time shows up. Buttons are responding and i can use everything except EFB. Anyone has the same issue? Best regards.

Yesterday, I purchased the A220 from the IniBuilds store, I came to run it in MSFS2020 and nothing happened apart from the EFB (that worked well - I was able to go through all the options, downloaded a SimBrief light plan, etc.) So, to be clear on what I mean by nothing happened is that when I selected the batteries, there was nothing - no power up of screens, etc,. Hi everyone, I recently purchased the A220 via the iniManager, but I am running into a major issue when loading the aircraft into the simulator. Problem description: Upon loading into a flight, I cannot power up the aircraft (electrical/power systems remain completely off/unresponsive). The EFB / tablet is functional, but the rest of the cockpit is completely dead. Main flight controls, throttles, sidestick, and some switches do not respond to any input. Hi I am wondering if Active Sky is compatible with the synaptic A220. I am asking the question because when I use the weather from MSFS 2024, I can load the wind information using the FMS, FPLAN option and I get the wind/temp info. But when I use Active Sky the load doesn`t work and I have to load the info by hand. Did I mis a setup configuration somewhere? Pierre

With XFR selected to the Captain's side, using FMS1 as nav source, and either FMS1 or FMS2 selected as NAV source on the F/O side, if you push XFR to switch sides, NAV mode drops out and it switches to HDG mode, not FMS1 or FMS2 as selected on the F/O side. If HDG is not sync'd the effect is sudden and dramatic. Is this correct behaviour for the A220?

Hi, up to Version 1.05 everything is fine. Since updating to 1.06 I have issues to activate Reversers. I additionally made a mistake setting Idle and reverse Idle (First Picture). How can I reactivate the situtation shown in the Second Picture? Have I to delete one file in order to make the system forget former settings? I cannot change any settings of idle or reverse idle, except moving the lever. Normal Throttle's ok. Only reverser makes problem. Uninstall and reinstall does't work. Perhaps a clean installlation helps. What have I to do, to make a clean installation?

Hi, brandnew to the A220. Somehow I have lost the connection to the GPU. I have considered all points in the EFB in ground handling and settings but the green light on the EXT PWR-switch won't go on. Even the lights/beacons and strobes are on though the Bat-switches are off? Can I get back to the initial settings somehow?

Seriously? Have you done exactly the same thing as with the A340, despite the entire community complaining about the pop-up screen? May I ask why? This pop-up screen is completely useless. We need to be able to pop out each individual display separately, so that users with dedicated monitors or home cockpit setups can place each display on the appropriate screen. What was unclear about all the complaints regarding this exact issue on the A340? Is this something you are planning to fix, possibly on both aircraft? Because in their current state, they are essentially unusable for anyone with a multi-monitor home cockpit setup.

Hi, Have downloaded the map server 400/1200 and ran the .exe when you choose the terrain the batch file starts but the terrain display is still black ie no terrain.

Hi, I would like to stress that I want to create a constructive discussion here, without throwing any insults, like I was able to see on the Synaptic Discord. It is obvious from many Youtube videos, especially from Youtubers who are known for having a high end PC, that the Synaptic A220 is not very well optimized, and for example there is a visible significant stuttering, for example in A330Driver videos. I guess part of it stems from the A220 not having a native 2024 version. Could you please elaborate on your plans regarding this issue? Hello, I don't have the fulle range of my throttles and I can't set the idle and idle rev position and the throttles doesn't move into rev max position. I tried to launch MSFS 2024 with the throttles in REV max position and trying to invert axis but it doesn't work. Thank for your help.
