Modelling & Texturing

  1. For all those poor souls who are freaking out about the non-functioning screen lights on the A320NEO V.2 SU MSFS2020, here's a little trick that will alleviate the discomfort of the darkness enveloping the cockpit. I discovered that it is possible to obtain a (partial and not optimal) solution to the problem by activating and setting the reading lights on the cabin ceiling, above the pilots' heads, to the maximum level. Better than nothing...

  2. When clicking on the EFB near the "Ground" tab, the sunshade on the left window gets activated and comes down. This is a bit annoying and should not happen. It is likely that the trigger button is misplaced.

Hello! Is there a paint kit for the A320 MSFS2024?

Hello all. I have a somewhat strange problem. I have tried to find the solution here but to no avail. Maybe is something that Im doing wrong and the solution is straight forward. After installing a new livery for the v2 I noticed that when loading a new flight, with another livery the registration in the cockpit doesn't chenge. The one on the outside does change but the one in the cockpit stays the same. Another strange behaviour (seems related) is that after updating the SELCAL in Simbrief and importing the plan via tablet the SELCAL has also showed up besides the registration in the cockpit. Are the registration on the tablet and in the cockpit someh…

hi, im looking for any help with the ini bulids a320 neo. i thought i would try the a320neo v2 after watching a few streams but when loading in i found the main panel flood lights not working but i can see them illuminated under the fcu as shown in screenshots below. i have deleted the files a320 neo v2 from the content manager and reinstalled but still not working. i have also removed everything in the community folder including p42 sim fx. the lighting still dosen't work. im not sure if its a bug but i have noticed if using the panel states from efb the flood light and dome light don't work. i have searched online in forum but can't…

There has been a lot a bugs reported relating to the lights of the A320neo V2 since last update including that the strobe light was lighting up the cockpit. I assumed this was a bug and hoped it would be fixed in the rollout of MSFS 2024. However in a video by A330 Driver on the Fenix A32X Sharklets enhancement he stated that this was actually a design fault and was a problem when sharklets were first installed on A320s. They lit up both the cockpit and the cabin and at best were a distraction, which I certainly found, but in the worst case could cause a medical emergency in someone suffering from epilepsy. In response to this Airbus masked the inside of the st…

The windows in the cockpit and cabin of the plane are very dark, this is especially noticeable during the day when you taxi around the airport. Is it possible to somehow remove this darkening or make the windows more transparent?

The PLAY livery has pink textures in the cabin. None of the other liveries have that problem. Is there a way to fix that? Lee

I'm finding that a lot of the freeware repaints are just not quite as good as the iniBuilds paints. Will iniBuilds be doing some more new repaints? Lee

Hi, How do I go about installing liveries for the A320neo V2? I've tried putting the folder into the community folder but it's not showing up in the sim. Any ideas?

When I load in the A320v2 and MSFS displays the airport and the Ready to Fly button i get and when I hit the button and jump into the cockpit I get . SU15, cleared rolling and shader caches. Using Enhancment pack from marketplace. 3rd party livery or default makes no difference

Model of the wing is off.. Seems the modelers don't care about how it should be? Also, the gear details do disapear on close up. So does the lights still, nav, strobe and such.. Please fix! Still a bit more to do on the fps side. I hope you use your time to get it right before the SU15 release in april.

The default A320 Neo livery textures are great, but with the added liveries available now through the iniManager I get pink textures in the cabins. Might there be a fix for that? Lee

  17. This problem is fairly easy to replicate. Just taxi normally then start hitting the brakes hard and the nose wheel would start to sink into the ground. same problem with the main landing gear

I have some paintings ready for the A320NEO V2, I would like to know if they will work on the new A320NEo that will be released on the 26th, I will be happy to make them available for free on flightsim.to after the update.
