Heya! This does sound weird indeed. There currently is no known bug like that for us. Make sure the hardware is correctly connected and that the axis are bound to the 0-100% one. Maybe you accidentally changed the profile and had the other one bound?

Heya! I´m pretty sure that no departure airport is by design of the A310 FMS, so thats not an issue. Not putting any waypoints before SVMI is however an issue, which I can´t reproduce unfortunately. For you this maybe could be a navdata issue, as you said ILS10L, which I do not have. I only have Runways 9 and 27

Heya! Yup, this is a known issue. As a workaround, set the IRS time to align to Instant in the EFB, that should work around to the normal 5-7 minutes 🙂

Correct, you can simply type another Username in the options page of the iniManager 🙂

A T/D 120nm before the airport sounds pretty normal to me though? The 5-6000 fpm is a bit harsh obviously, but I seriously doubt it was for the better part of the descent. At that rate the aircraft would impact ground after 6-7 minutes after all.

I mean.. In your options I can see you have a controller and at least one other device connected. Are you sure that that one isn´t interferring with anything?
