Hi Pierre, I believe using any third-party weather software means you’ll need to manually enter the wind information, as the aircraft is no longer pulling it from its usual source. If you’d like to see this feature added, I’d suggest joining the Synaptic Discord, where you can submit the request directly to the developers for consideration. Thanks so much!

Try clearing the WASM folder. If that also fails, try: Make sure the simulator is completely closed. Locate your Community Folder. Rename your Community Folder to Community1. Relaunch the simulator. This should create a new Community folder. Once you reach the main menu, close the simulator. Move the A220 from Community1 into the newly created Community folder. Launch the simulator again. Can you try a complete uninstall. Remove from windows add/remove a program. Delete the cache and appdata, then try a fresh install from our website. Thanks!

Believe it or not, I’d say this accounts for about 90% of the issues I see on a daily basis, haha. Unfortunately, there isn’t really a reliable way to determine which specific folder is causing the issue. My suggestion would be to add your folders back one by one, or airport by airport, as you continue flying. That should help narrow down the culprit if the issue happens again. Thanks!
