  1. Hi, Sorry to hear you're having issues with the launcher. If you try resetting your password, does that work? Thanks!
  2. Okay, I’m not quite sure what answer you’re looking for here. As mentioned above, the team is currently looking into our options for supporting single-screen pop-outs. Thanks for your understanding!
  3. Hi Miguel, At the top left of the iniManager, beside your name, you should see a small gear icon. Clicking this will open a dropdown menu, with the first option being SIM PATHS. Select this option, and it will allow you to point the installer to a specific folder. I’ve also attached screenshots for your convenience. Hope this helps! Thanks!
  4. Correct he is using a 3rd party software, I believe called "GlassOut". As for touchscreens, I do not think that is possible when developing with WASM and the MSFS SDK. Hope this helps, thanks!
  5. Hi, I just clarified this with our team. Boundless is no longer producing or updating scenery, which is why it has been removed from the iniManager. Thanks for your understanding!
  6. Hi, Currently, single-monitor pop-outs are not supported, but we are looking into adding this functionality in a future release. Thanks for your understanding!

Hi, Not having this issue on my end, do you mind taking a screenshot of your console menu? I'll attach a howto. Thanks! Turn on Developer Mode by going to Settings > General > Developers > Developer Mode and switching it to ON. Open the console by pressing the ` (tilde) key on your keyboard, or select it from the top DevMode toolbar via Debug > Console. Type iniBuilds or EGLL into the search bar to filter for relevant error messages, which are typically marked with red crosses.

Hi, Although I don't have an exact date, we're hoping to have more info for you all soon. Thanks for your patience!
  9. Very weird. I have no doubt about your ability to fly the aircraft, I feel like there’s something bigger at play here. Whether it’s a conflicting keyboard keybind, a peripheral conflict, or something else, there has to be something that isn’t playing nicely. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of it!

Hi, I'm not entirely sure why it would be behaving differently, especially since it works with the A330. I don't personally have any experience using racing pedals as rudder pedals, so I'm not quite sure what to suggest. Thanks!
  11. I am also using TAA. Just tested again after applying that hot fix and everything is working as intended.
  12. Hi, When you disconnect the autopilot, does your speed start slowing down? As soon as the AP is disconnected, manual trim is required. The aircraft will pitch up or down depending on where your manual trim reference is set. Thanks!
  13. I'm not entirely sure, it can't hurt to try the hotfix though!
  14. If you're willing, I’d recommend giving this tool a try. I use it myself and can vouch for it. It’s helped tremendously in certain situations. Note: If you do decide to use the tool, restart your PC afterwards, then try jumping into the A350. https://flightsim.to/addon/92765/msfs2024-cache-removal-tool
  15. We are still doing some testing on our end, but I can assure you it has been logged with the team and they are aware. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
  16. Update: Just installed newest driver (616.64), restarted PC and loaded in perfectly fine. I'm not entirely sure what could be causing the issue. What GPU are you using? Thanks!
  17. Interesting. I am currently on 610.88 and having no issues. I will update drivers and report back. Thanks for your patience!
  18. Hi, I have not been able to test this yet on my end with 2020. however I did test it in 2024 and had no issues. If you can, is your SIM and AIRAC up to date?
  19. Thanks for the clarification! I have moved it over to 2024 for you 😊
  20. Hi, I’ll have to take a look at this on my end, as I don’t recall ever experiencing this issue myself. If you’re able to grab a video the next time it happens, that would be greatly appreciated and should help us investigate further. Thanks!
  21. I’d love to give you an estimate, but unfortunately, I really don’t know at this point. It’s a strange issue, some users are experiencing it while others aren’t, which has made it difficult to track down the root cause. Thanks again for your patience and understanding!
  22. Hi, Sorry to hear you're also experiencing this issue. It has been logged with our team, and we're hoping to have an update or fix available as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
  23. Hi, Please check your keyboard bindings in the sim and make sure nothing is specifically assigned to YAW. Let me know if this helps! Thanks!
  24. Hi, While we certainly appreciate feedback and understand that not everyone will enjoy every product, there’s no need to go from post to post expressing your displeasure with our products. The A400M was developed in collaboration with Microsoft. If you would like to see a paint kit added, I would recommend submitting that request through the official MSFS forums, where it can be reviewed by the appropriate team. Thanks for your understanding!
  25. Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. I will forward this thread to Synaptic for further investigation. Thanks
