Hello everyone, It seems we were 50% sure it was fixed; we pushed the fix for the FS2024-Compatible-Edition install and it didn't end up making it into the FS2020-edition install. Terribly sorry about this inconvenience. Should be correct now. Please find the update on the iniManager as usual, however I strongly recommend a complete uninstall then reinstall of the FS2020 version. I have quadruple checked that the install downloads the correct version now. If any issue persists, please refer to my above message on how to trouble-shoot.

Hello again, Very odd. We are 100% sure it has been resolved. Please check your content managers and verify only the latest build that was pushed (1.1.5) shows up on the list. Before launching the simulator, please also clear your WASM file for the A300: Close the simulator if it is running. Navigate to: Steam: MS Store: Delete all the contents of said folder. The contents will be re-generated next time you load into a flight with the aircraft. Note: This will reset your EFB Throttle Calibration and EFB Settings so they should re-done the next time you load into the aircraft. Let me know if THIS finally resolves it :). Thank you for your patience everybody!

Hello, This issue has already been fixed pending a live-patch push into the simulator. No ETA on when that will be as it is entirely up to MS/Asobo and when they'd like to push updates out, like I've said above already. Thank you

Hello, I strongly suggest you move over to the more modern way of importing flight plans using "Simbrief" through the EFB & MCDU. That way you don't have to worry about files and where to put files etc. BUT, if you still wish to do so you can by installing said flight-plan file here: STEAM: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\WASM\MSFS2020\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600\Work\Flightplans MS Store: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2020\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600\Work\Flightplans Again, strongly recommended to do it the Simbrief way instead. Thank you!

Hello, We try and test every product to the best of our abilities, regardless of it being Premium or not. Of course, we will never be able to test 100% of the many different possible scenarios & setups that can exist out there so for any crash instance we do require more information to try and reproduce. For this reason we need screenshot/video clip of what was trying to be entered just before the crash as well as the conditions in which it happened (if it is specific to any phase of flight for example) to see if we can reproduce. I have yet to be able to reproduce what you describe, but like mentioned, it may be due to not doing exactly what you are due to the limited information given. Apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you

Plane's Head looks so strange! Is this modiling error?
Eddie replied to SuperMD11X's topic in Modelling & Texturing
Like Rich said above, please provide references if you feel it is a "mess" and we'll log it internally for a future revision pass if we find it necessary. As a personal note, when there are minor issues you feel are present, generalizing all of the 3D work as "very bad" is unfair. We are open to constructive criticism always however calling everything "very bad" is undoubtedly the opposite of that. Thank you -
Hello, We currently have no plans to release more in-house liveries for the FS2024 320neoV2. As livery creation becomes more accessible, I'm sure high quality ones will pop up here and there. We may release more in the future, however, our livery artists are very busy with another project at the moment. Thank you

Hello, The A320neo (V2) is a default aircraft that comes with the simulator so it is installed as a standard part of the simulator. I believe values for default cameras can be changed by modifying the camera.cfg file. You will have to manually input coordinates in that case. Thank you

Hello, Please ensure there are no conflicting bindings across your controllers. Please also ensure that all assistance options are disabled too. Thank you 🙂 -
Yes; this is a known issue that will hopefully be fixed soon.

Hello, Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) is unavailable temporarily. Description: We are unable to implement custom TCAS logic in WASM currently due to a simulator bug that leads to erroneous targets being shown which in turn lead to false advisory alerts. Workaround: None at this time. We will implement when fixed in base sim. As mentioned above, nothing we can do on our end for now. Once the above has been resolved, we will of course resolve it. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you!

Hello, You can read a comprehensive description as to what it means here: https://www.flaps2approach.com/journal/2015/11/6/control-wheel-steering-cws-explained.html In short, it is an alternative autopilot "mode". A little more advanced than that however; I recommend checking the above link for more information. Thank you

Hello, Apologies for the late reply. This does indeed not look right. I am however not seeing the same on my end. Have you tried reinstalling the scenery? Thank you

Hi there, Has this been resolved or still an issue? Thank you

Large, Lo-Res, Blobby Reflections in Cockpit Windows
Eddie replied to SkyMall's topic in Modelling & Texturing
Unfortunately no. It may be fixed in the Sim Update 1 that has been just released for beta. Have yet to check it out. -
Hello, Finally indeed! I'll let the team know about the issues you list. Please do update me if anything else shows up 🙂 Thank you and enjoy!
-
Hello, Please try reproducing this in the Sim Update 1 environment that released last night. It is currently in beta opt-in, if you don't wish to go through that process, try again once it's been pushed to the live environment. Hopefully that should resolve the issue you describe. Thank you

Hello, Please ensure you have aligned your ADIRU switches on the overhead panel to the NAV position. Please also ensure you have cleared any potential discontinuities. Thank you
-
Hello, Please try reinstalling the scenery then closing the iniManager and re-launching it in administrator mode. I just double checked on my end and both options are clickable. Let me know if that sorts it. Please note it is now 1 AM for me; further replies may be delayed until tomorrow. Thank you

The crash on return-to-menu is known and should be fixed with sim update 1. I don't think MS/Asobo has given a set release date for said update but I'm hoping sooner rather than later 🙂
