The latest change-log was us fixing the issue of some users not being able to install the latest update. This has generally fixed it for 99% of people but I assume some, such as yourself, are having caching issues, hence I asked if you cleared your iniManager cache (folders in %appdata%). And I still don't quite understand your point of "what's the point of transferring". We have more control over the products on our own launcher and usually people opt to transfer to receive updates as soon as they're made available. This has always been the case. This time the update didn't register for some, which we fixed, and like mentioned some are still having lingering issues from that.

The XBOX version is 1.1.0. The HUD model is physically there but the option to toggle as well as its functionality came with the 1.1.1 update. Hopefully we'll have that version shipped out to the marketplace sooner rather than later. Thank you

Hello again, Have you tried logging in and out of the iniManager? Have you tried clearing the iniManager cache? Have you tried using a VPN if you have access to one?

Hello, Please ensure to communicate only in English going forward. We have no Korean staff. As for the issue, we are aware and working on a fix. WASM crashes will always be a constant and we have managed to get rid of quite a few of them. Whatever remains is in most cases no longer something we can resolve. Hopefully with future simulator updates, WASM stability will continue to improve. Thank you

Hello, What do you mean by "doesn't exit"? How are you closing your sim?

Some are having WASM crashes with other airliners, too. Like I've mentioned, we have fixed the majority that are fixable from our end. I don't know what else to tell you to make you believe me. I have exhausted every single way to communicate this and will of course continue to do so but at this rate it does feel like no matter what is said, it falls on deaf ears regardless. Again, we want happy customers. Ignoring a problem as frustrating as WASM crashes is is not something we are doing or have done at any point.

Hello, You can select the cockpit variant from the selection screen prior to starting a flight. You click on the aircraft, then configure, then proceed to choose which version you'd like to use. See images. "Modern cockpit with modern panels" is what I believe you're looking for 🙂

Hello, What do you mean you're still stuck with 1.1.0? Is your iniManager not installing 1.1.1? We have limited control on updates for the marketplace because, naturally, we don't run the marketplace. We sell our products there so users who use the marketplace exclusively can also use our products, as well as Xbox users.

Hello, Apologies for the late follow-up. I unfortunately believe that we are crossing into waters of which only MS/Asobo can help. This sounds like a wider simulator issue that you're having and I can't tell exactly what is wrong. If you're still experiencing this, please at least ensure you're not on the beta (SU3) and that you have reinstalled the simulator entirely. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.

For the OIS flashing issue, are you two on SU3 beta by any chance? @tunapoptart @CptPaul Will take a look in regards to the other items as well, thank you.

Hello, I can assure you that if we somehow could sit for a weekend and resolve all WASM crashes with ease, we would have done so a long time ago. It is important to understand that we want you all to be happy. We have fixed countless of different WASM crashes and most that WE can fix have been. There will always be more that are either user-specific or very situational, something impossible for us to catch in testing prior to pushing out a patch. At this point a simulator-wide fix is needed to substantially lessen / remove this issue. We are hopeful with SU3 release, these crashes will become a lot less if not eliminated entirely. Again, I understand your frustration and I get it feels like we aren't doing anything to resolve them, but we are and have been, it has just reached a point of "not much can be done". Thank you for your understanding 🙂
