We'll continue to look into it and hopefully be able to get you an answer as to why this is happening. I am starting to lean towards it being some kind of binding issue but not ready to confirm that just yet. Your patience is very much appreciated and I understand this is frustrating issue to be having.

Hello. Thank you very much for the follow-up! That doesn't look right indeed. How often does this occur? If you zoom in with the camera, does the flashing stop?
-
Hmm, sounds odd. Seems indeed like a WASM crash. If you find the time, it would be very much appreciated if you could share some information regarding said WASM crash so we can look into it. You can follow this guide here: (first linked is for MSFS2024, second for MSFS2020)

Very odd.. not something we've seen whatsoever in testing. I'll check in with the team if it's something to do with the aircraft or not.
-
Of course! 🙂 As for fewer features, you're in "luck". We consider the aircraft pretty much at feature-complete (I am not saying features will not come but that is no longer the priority). Stability, while it of course was a priority regardless, is the main topic now; fixing reported issues and further stabilize performance for affected users. 🫡

Thank you very much!

Thank you for the kind words! Despite what some believe, our goal is to try and make everyone happy; unrealistic I know, but we still want to achieve it! Concerns are always taken to heart and actioned. I admit responses on some threads falls short sometimes but we are actively trying to better that 🙂 Thank you again for your patience and understanding!

Is this happening to every variant of the aircraft? I have tried reproducing this on the cargo variant so far and to no avail.

Should be good to go now @mwheeler54

To add, would you be willing to help trouble-shoot? The issues stem from CDN providers having some kind of disconnect when you're attempting to download the update from your region. If yes, direct message me on the forums. Much appreciated.

Briefly, two cabin packs were put onto the Xbox marketplace by accident and were promptly removed. It seems that website failed to update that or seek clarification. That is indeed incorrect.

Please try clearing your iniManager cache. You can do so by deleting iniManager-related folders found in "roaming" and "local" under %appdata%.

Hmm. Have notified the team now. Apologies
-
Ah my apologies. Sounded like you wanted to make us aware of the issue 🙂 Happy flying!

Hello, Where have you read that the XBOX version includes a cabin? This is incorrect. No cabins whatsoever for Xbox, unfortunately. As for FS2020 on the PC, nothing we're planning at this time. Maybe in the future we'll reconsider some kind of implementation but not a topic that we are actively discussing. Thank you for your understanding 🙂

Hello, Thank you! The team is aware 🙂 -
Hello, What do you mean by "regular version"? I would recommend not using the aircraft in the beta environment and rolling back to the LIVE version (SU2). Thank you
-
Hello, Thank you for your feedback! I've forwarded this to the team and we shall take a look 🙂
-
Very happy to hear! I hope you can breathe easy and enjoy now 🙂

Hello, Please refer to what Steve has mentioned above 🙂 We'll update you all here when there's more to share! Thank you for your patience!

Hello, Please ensure your binding profiles for said aircraft don't have other conflicting bindings. Please also make sure in the EFB that "RUDDER CONTROLS TILLER" is enabled. It may also be worth setting the turbulence level to LOW. Let me know if this resolves your issue. Thank you 🙂

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. Will make sure the team is made aware 🙂

Hello, Very sorry to hear you're experiencing issues! Can't say we've seen/heard about this. Works as intended on our end; would you mind grabbing a quick video showing this in action? Would be very much appreciated and make it a lot easier to diagnose what could be going wrong here. Thank you 🙂
