Thank you for the follow-up. We'll take a look 🙂

Hello, Are you still having this issue? If yes, what simulator? Thank you 🙂
-
Hello, There are no plans to make these aircraft available for free. Unfortunately the users that purchased prior to sunsetting them will be the extent of access indefinitely. We understand that is not something that is ideal for the people that still wish to grab them but this is the decision we've made. Your understanding is very much appreciated. Thank you 🙂

Ah ok now I understand. As mentioned, we'll take a look at the starter switch 🫡 As for SU3, it just went live Wednesday this week - there is no other version of FS2024 at this time.

Hello, Thank you for your effort! I have forwarded all this to the team and we'll take a look at what can be done; no promises however 😉

I know, but the original poster of this thread mentioned the parking brake not working; apologies, should've made it more clear. We'll take a look at the flaps as well but a little more detail is welcome.

Hello, Can you grab me a screenshot please?

The Passenger Window Shades Appear Unrealistically Fixed
Eddie replied to lubik's topic in Suggestions
The MSFS2024 version of the A350 already is built using the LOD system since its release. It is a large and very detailed aircraft and with that comes the natural reality that it is harder to run. I am not dismissing performance concerns at all and we will continue to improve wherever possible to deliver a better experience. As for the window shades, I'll forward the feedback to the team 🙂 -
Hello, If the time-compression fails it is usually a sign that there isn't enough computing resources to handle the elevated speed that the sim is at; in this case it is unfortunately best to keep it at 2X. If you're able, please send a screenshot of the in-sim FPS graph. You an enable it by turning on "Developer Mode" in the options, navigate to bar at the top and locate "Display FPS" under debug. Thank you 🙂

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. What is happening here is called a "WASM" crash. The nature of this type of crash is very hard to squash entirely as they are heavily situation dependant and are not a "one fix for all of them". We have implemented the autosave feature you "save" you from a situation like this. Have you been able to use it? It would also be beneficial for us to receive said autosave file from you in order to attempt reproducing the issue and fixing it. Here's an in-depth guide on how to properly report a WASM crash so that we can as quickly as possible resolve it: Once again, apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you 🙂

Hello, I assume you've seen the mail, in the image we put a disclaimer "not releasing A340 yet". That was just a nice teaser image. We're releasing a different product. Come A340 release day, it will of course be ready for whatever simulator changes that are current then (unless otherwise indicated by us). Thank you 🙂

I will prod the team regarding the status of 350 support, however, this thread is about the default aircraft and I was replying with the focus intended on them.

The problem of abnormal shadows on the front of A350
Eddie replied to FDramos's topic in Modelling & Texturing
Hello, Can you please double-check you're on the latest update via the options tab in the OIS then bottom left. This should be fixed. Thank you 🙂 -
Thank you for the follow-up. Will check in with the team on Monday 🫡

Hello Alexander, Unfortunately this is a necessary measure to prevent spam-users from joining the community. The phone number provided is an extra security measure only Discord has access to and nothing we're able to view. This won't change as the return would be thousands of bot accounts that join daily to spread malicious content/cause issues. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience nonetheless. Thank you 🙂

Hello, We'll take a look. Are you able to share said autosave file? Thank you 🙂
-
Hello Bob, Very sorry to hear you experienced this. Has this happened again since then? Do you perhaps have an autosave file from a little before all this occurred? Thank you

inibuilds a350 is unable to install and not working correctly
Eddie replied to Mrflightsim's topic in General Discussion
Hello, I mean no disrespect but it is very hard to understand what the issue is. If you're having an issue installing the aircraft, make sure you're on the latest version of the iniManager (2.4.7). Also clearing your cache folders in %appdata%/Roaming & /Local. If you're having issues with the aircraft not loading properly in the sim, try clearing your WASM folder. Here's how to: You also have to service your oil via the maintenance tab to not have such issues occur. You can only service oil change when engines are OFF. Let me know if any of this helps. Thank you 🙂 -
Hello, Have you messed around with the sound sliders in the options menu? We increased the sound again. Perhaps worth double checking if you're actually on 1.1.4 if you haven't already. Let me know! Thank you 🙂
-
Hello @wj1853 Please reach out to our direct support and explain the situation. Include the screenshots and mention that you have already attempted reinstalling, alternate downloader etc. Apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you 🙂
-
Hello, Do you experience this everywhere? This issue has to do with the scenery contact points; the ground visually may appear lower than it actually is.
-
Hello, SU3 indeed broke the whole thing! Jokes aside, the way LODs/modularity works has changed and in turn breaks all FS2024 native aircraft that use that technology. We're hammering away at a fix and it is a priority; cannot give an ETA at this time however. Your patience is very much appreciated! Thank you 🙂

Hello, Please double check there are ny conflicting binds on any of your peripherals as it may counter-act what you're trying to achieve. Let me know if that was the case or not. Thank you 🙂
