    OIS ON GPU

Hi there, We'll take a look. Thank you!

    New Update

Thank you for the kind words! 🙂
  3. Hi again, A cabin will not be made for the MSFS2020 version of the A350. The A350 has art effects in BOTH simulators already.
  4. Hello, I spoke to the team and unfortunately integrating custom file support is not viable with an internal OIS. It would need to be handled by an external app as the internal browser can't natively render PDFs or handle WebGL. This is not a definitive "no" to your requests, however, I do not want to promise anything. The feedback remains logged internally and we'll see how it goes in the future. @Prophet I'll forward your additions and see if some if it can be implemented or not. Thank you 🙂

    OIS Charts

Hi there, Will forward this suggestion to the team. Thank you!
  6. Hello, We increased the brightness in a previous update and heard good feedback. Do you all still feel this is too dark? I'm afraid increasing it further would bring along some unwanted lighting-artifacts. However, I shall forward this to the team regardless and we'll see what we can do 🙂
  7. Hi there, Custom cabin announcements have been suggested in the past and we are looking into ways to incorporate that into the aircraft. No promises on when that could come 🙂
  8. I am not sure I understand what you're asking. When is what? There is no cabin for the MSFS2020 version and no plans on implementing that. The ART effects are present across both simulators.

Hello, If you haven't tried already, please clear your scenery indexes and make sure any default scenery for KJFK is disabled via the content manager. To clear your scenery indexes, locate your folder by following the path below: MSFS 2020 MSFS 2024 Then delete the contents inside but leave the folder intact. The indexes will rebuild on next load of FS. Most times this resolves any uneven terrain as well as other issues. Thank you 🙂
  10. Hello, We've received this feedback in the past yes and it is not forgotten. I cannot promise anything regarding wing-remodelling however, again, we know about said feedback. Thank you 🙂
  11. Hello, They spawn "off" simply because they are in "cold and dark". I would recommend watching some tutorials on how to operate these aircraft. Also, it may be a good idea to turn off all assists (MSFS setting) as well as setting the turbulence level to LOW. Thank you 🙂
  12. Hi. This couldn't be more untrue. What products we produce and what platform we chose for our products is entirely up to us. This is purely speculative simply to fuel an argument for absolutely no reason. Enough of this, please and thank you. As for the rest, our sceneries going forward are exclusively made for MSFS2024. I understand not everyone has made the switch, but we are more confident in creating higher quality sceneries using the FS2024 SDK. Again, I understand that may be frustrating to some but we truly want to push the boundaries of what the most up to date technology offers. Thank you for your understanding 🙂
  13. Hello, Does this brown tint go away when the weathering slider is set at 0?
  14. Thank you for the feedback. Will take a look at what can be done for better visibility 🙂

Hello, Will take a look. Thank you!
  16. Hi Chen, I'll look into what can be done regarding this. Would perhaps renaming the threads to include "LOGGED" in the title suffice?
  17. Hi again, I recommend just not worrying about it and just living life until we are happy of the state it's in for release. I must reiterate, this is done to ensure you have as seamless of a start as possible. I admit it is taking its time but it is all for good reason. We are working very hard on delivering this as soon as possible and we are very sorry for the previous timeline we had given. Welcome to the unpredictable world of development! 🙂 Again, your patience and understanding is very much appreciated.
  18. Fair enough. I'll take a thorough look throughout today and tomorrow.
  19. Hello, Note for all your reports: No need to confirm. Your reports have been logged and I can not promise that everything will make it into the next update. They're logged and will make it in as soon as possible. Thank you
  20. We're pushing out a hotfix soon, let me know if this is still the case afterwards. Thank you
  21. Hello, This is not forgotten about. It is on our list. I cannot confirm/promise which update this will go into as it is unfortunately not a priority item at the moment. Thank you for your patience and understanding! 🙂

    WASM Crash

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this issue. As you can see by the original thread creator here, we need a few more details to be able to action these WASM reports. They're rare and differ greatly from person to person. Sometimes they're common and its an easy fix, other times we need said person to give us their specific report so we can squash that specific WASM crash. Regardless, we are finalizing testing on version 1.0.9 and that version also comes with a slew of WASM-crash fixes. Please take a look if all is well in that version. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
  23. Hello, I understand the wait is frustrating but we are working our hardest to get it out for you all. I can't give you an exact date or timeframe but sooner rather than later is all I can say. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated 🙂
  24. Hello, Please ensure the DEFAULT Asobo EGLL is disabled in the content manager in-sim. If yes, try clearing your scenery indexes. To do that locate your folder by following the path below: MSFS 2020 MSFS 2024 Then delete the contents inside but leave the folder intact. The indexes will rebuild on next load of FS. Let me know either solves your issue.
