Hello Alex, We disabled auto zoom by default. We meant to ship an update to the OIS as well where a user can choose whether or not the ANF auto zooms in on touch-down; it unfortunately didn't make it into this update. We'll have this sorted for next update 🙂 Thank you

Thank you. I can still see it on our logged bug-list. Seems like it didn't make it into this update, unfortunately.

Hello, Please attach your full RTE OFP and which aircraft you're in (900/1000?); this way we can attempt to reproduce. However, if this does happen again, please create an autosave and share the file with us 🙂 Thank you!

Apologies. I misunderstood. Been a long week and I've already answered hundreds of posts just today. If you want direct and quick responses, especially to purchase inquiries, we have direct support for a reason. Reach out them about this inquiry and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. I am unfortunately not able to help, only they can. https://inibuilds.com/pages/contact Thank you

Hello, We are already aware and we're looking into ways to mitigate this. I do not have an update as of yet. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hello, Prices shown on the storefront include a note stating "excluding VAT". VAT is later applied to the product when in the check-out, depending on your region. This is why you see the price jump. Let me me know if you have any other questions! Thank you 🙂

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced this. Your report as well as effort is very much appreciated. I've forwarded this to the team 🙂

Hello, The process right now is to perfect the aircraft as much as possible so that you will have no issues from day 1. That includes optimisation, fixing bugs as well as integrating it into the Xbox environment as a whole. The current price on the marketplace is what it will cost. Hope that answers your questions. Thank you! 🙂

Ok, happy to hear. Please keep me updated if you experience another crash. Thank you!
-
Hello, Please update to 1.0.4 to fix the flickering issue - if it still is present, please try a complete uninstall then reinstall. As for the cloud issue, the team is aware. Thank you for the report! 🙂

Hello, The team is aware of this. A fix to let you pop these panels out will come in a future update. Thank you
-
Hello, Can you send me a screenshot of your in-sim settings? It may also help to completely uninstall then reinstall the aircraft. Some have done so and fixed performance issues. Thank you 🙂

A350 cannot load and CTD ever since first update

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this. It's hard to pinpoint these issues because thousands do not have the issue you describe. Can you check "Event Viewer" if you're getting any crash error through there? See image: If its a WTF.DLL or CoherentUIGT.dll as the Faulting module in the crash, that is something to do with rendering engine memory+graphics drivers unfortunately as far as I've seen reported. Let me know. Thank you 🙂 -
Hello, The team is aware of the delay and mixup with the EXT button. As for the issue that you describe with the showcase camera, if it was an easy fix, it would've been implemented already. The showcase camera in its essence is not really supposed to be placed there regardless. Thank you

Hello, Thank you for the follow-up. This sounds like some kind of simulator issue in regards to fuel. When a device disconnects, the variable state is getting practically destroyed. I am not able to reproduce this whatsoever, and I MAY have a fix: For longer flights, double check your USB device sleep settings as it may disconnect automatically when no input is detected for a while. Let me know if that makes any difference. Thank you!
