  3. Hello, We are continuously taking a look at improving this, however, the best way to resolve it on your end is what @hezor mentions above. Thank you
  4. Will be resolved, as mentioned by @jsjsjwjab007, for next update. Thanks
  5. Hello, The custom cabins are no longer supported mentioned in the 1.1.7 update log: Please make sure your liveries are up-to-date and you no longer use said cabin pack(s). If you are still experiencing conflict, ensure your "HUES zCore" is up to date as well. Thank you

  7. Hello, Should be resolved in the latest version. Make sure you are running 1.1.9. Thank you
  8. Hello, Happy to hear! As hezor mentions, they do indeed require more work than we initially had accounted for. Unfortunately not something we plan on supporting any longer. I understand that is frustrating to hear but we are quite firm on this decision. Your understanding is very much appreciated! Thank you
  9. Hello, It is logged internally, yes. I recall the thread, not sure where it went; will take a look. We haven't forgotten! 🙂

  14. Hello, Please try clearing your cache folders found in %appdata%/Local & /Roaming. Let me know if that makes a difference. Thank you

  16. Hello, Will forward to the team. Thank you!
  17. Hello, The scenery is not a MSFS2024 native product, however, it works in 2024 as far as I can tell. For now, you are able to drag the 2020 install into the FS2024 community folder and should run just fine. Will forward this to the team and we'll take a look at adding a 2024 install option. Thank you
  18. Hello, The knobs on the VHF panel should already do what you are describing. Will double check. Thank you
  19. WASM crashes are extremely random and hard to track down unless we are given very specific information. We have a guide on how you can report said information, that way we can address it directly. Available here: However, hopefully you won't encounter these edge-cases going forward. Enjoy!
  20. Hello, We're taking a closer look at this. Your patience in the mean time is very much appreciated!
  21. Hello, If clearing your cache folders as well as reinstalling the iniManager does not resolve the issue, please reach out to our direct support. Include you have already tried the mentioned steps but to no avail. Thank you

With all due respect. You created your report on a Sunday. We are working through the created topics that came through over the weekend. Please have some patience. I've forwarded your report to the team. Thank you
  23. Hello, Will check in with the team. If anyone is able to provide a short video showcasing the issue, it'd be very much appreciated. Thank you
  24. Hello, Can't say we've seen this issue reported before. Can you double check if you have any default MSFS assistance options enabled? Also worth setting your turbulence level to LOW via the settings. Also, has this issue or something similar happened more than once?
