We are already tracking an issue concerning the AP disconnecting because of noise in the users yoke. Try using AP2, that one shouldn't disconnect.

V/S mode switching itself off is a known issue that will be patched in 1.0.7 and we are still looking at the V/NAV performance 🙂

Yes, this throttle issue will be fixed in 1.0.7, in the meantime please follow the SOP of spooling up the engines to 50% N1 and then press the TOGA button.
