Heya again! Can you please reset your scenery priority order in the sim? Enable Dev Mode, then click Tools, select Scenery package order (WIP) and click reset at the top. I'm afraid if this doesn't help really only a reinstall of the sim can (hopefully) solve the issue.

It is Microsofts plane. I would say it is very unlikely that they will release a plane for their main competitor.

Unlikely it'll change something, but did you also try with an empty community folder?

Heya! Mmh.. this is a bit of a weird one as your plane looks like it didn't fully compile, which is the case with very old CPUs; however your CPU isn't very old so this shouldn't be the case. I'm guessing you already tried to uninstall the plane through the content manager and redownloaded it?

Based on our knowledge they always pushed the aircraft back with their own pushback truck. So we would say no, it isn't possible.

Heya! This isn't necessary, as the textures have been worked from the start to be not resource intensive. Meaning the HD textures at JFK cost less resources than the SD ones at EGLL/LAX.

I'm afraid your CPU is the issue 😕 The CPU is lacking AVX support which is why the plane doesn't fully load. So unfortunately you wont be able to run the plane until you have a CPU that supports AVX (and is in the minimum requirements of the sim)

No, we can't as all delivery parts are up to Microsoft as it is their plane. I'll forward this to our dev to look at; maybe he has an idea.

I'm afraid if that's the case then you'll have better luck trying to ask on the MS Forums / submit a ticket through Zendesk 😕 There are no known issues due to precompilation on PC. No other programs are running that could have an influence?

Heya! The work folders being empty is by design as the plane comes precompiled (same with the ATR probably) Do you have anything inside your community folder? If so, could you please try with an empty one?
