I'm not noticing this on my end. Considering its working fine for you on some flights as well I'm not sure this is 100% related to the aircraft itself. Is this happening at every airport? Also are you noticing this on any other aircraft? You could try to delete the contents of this folder, so as to force a recompilation of the generated files in case something was corrupted. Please ensure the following, as have been reported to cause issues with import by other users: Use the same pilot ID on the both the EFB Options and MCDU (Menu > ATSU > Pilot ID). Try to restart the flight after entering the above info, as some users have had success on subsequent reloads. The units (Metric KG /Imperial LBS) are the same on both the EFB and your simbrief flightplan. The Aircraft ICAO Type is A20N on your Simbrief flightplan. The 'Detailed Navlog' option is enabled on Simbrief Dispatch If all else fails, and you're on PC, please close the sim, delete the contents of this folder and then reload into the plane. It will regenerate the files, you may need to re-enter the information on EFB Options and MCDU (ATSU). Firstly, just in case you are using time acceleration/sim rate increases, do note this is not officially supported/tested so there can be anomalies noticed. Secondly, ensure you do not have any AI Assists enabled in the MSFS assistance options. Even if you had them off before, its always worth cross-checking, especially after updates as the sim has a tendency to reset those. With assists enable, it can cause some conflicts with AP. Lastly, for some reason you are in APPR mode at FL160? Anyways, as long as theres a valid plan in the MCDU, clicking in the NAV button should allow you to resume following your flightplan. Try a DIR to a waypoint to reset if you find yourself deviated too far from the planned course. Thanks!

Folks, Please don't force us to intervene. Also avoid getting personal, even though the provocation and temptation is real sometimes. I know everyone is very passionate about their planes, and while we may express it differently, ultimately it is all coming from a good place of wanting the best, most accurate representation of what you want to enjoy and love. Additionally, as already mentioned on the discord and on other forum posts regarding this issue for A20N, we do note the feedback and we are working on an art update to address wings and windows that will come at a later time. No product is perfect, nor will it be an absolute 1:1 representation of its real counterpart, but we try and narrow that gap as far as practicable within the ambit of resources available to us. While this may make X-Plane users such as yourself unhappy, the reality is the team is currently occupied with MSFS development, fixes and optimization. Ideally we'd be able to work on both those and X-Plane products simultaneously, but we do not have unlimited resources and have to prioritize their utilization accordingly. Hi, Thanks for your suggestion. There are no custom GSE used, it just calls for the default sim Ground Service Vehicles using the buttons on the EFB. So you could call for such services using the in-gam ATC menu as well if you are not using 3rd party tools like GSX. I'll check with the team if we could add a "Toggle Stairs" option as well. Hi, Thanks for your kind words and apologies for your issue. What you have described to me sounds like a 'WASM Crash' (where in the sim is still running but various systems and functions freeze/stop responding as they have crashed). Could you try with an empty community folder, and confirm if you are still noticing this issue? To run with a blank community folder without losing your addons: 1. Rename your existing community folder to ``_Community`` 2. Create a new ``Community`` folder in its place. 3. Run the sim and see if same problem persists. If yes, then you can close the sim, and restore your original folder as follows: 1. Delete the new ``Community`` folder you made 2. Rename the ``_Community`` folder to ``Community`` Thanks!

Is your sim pausing for some reason? Please double check you don't have pause or active pause assigned to a key you may be pressing. Thanks!

Thanks for your suggestion, I will share with the team however the clickspot is not likely to move. Alternatively may I suggest assigning a button/key to the 'AUTO THROTTLE TO GA' command from control options? You could also use the 'LVAR:INI_Takeoff_Toggle' if using 3rd party mapping tools. Hi, Please ensure you are using your simbrief Pilot ID (Numbers only) on the Options page. Also please try the following: EFB Options > On Screen Keyboard > Enabled Use the On Screen Keyboard to erase and enter your numeric Pilot ID Click the down arrow on the On Screen Keyboard when you're done to hide it. Hi, Unfortunately I cannot see your posted screenshot. However feedback regarding performance is noted, and the team is working to improve on this. In the meanwhile you can try the following to improve performance: Uninstall the Enhancement Package, as this adds 4K textures as well as a passenger cabin which could cause performance issues in RAM / VRAM limited systems Set cockpit refresh rate to low (Options > Genera > Cockpit Refresh Rate) Use developer mode to open the FPS monitor. If you are seeing yellow/red indications on the MainThread, please try to reduce load on your CPU by reducing traffic, Object and Terrain LOD in settings. Thanks!

Hi @Starseed Try to clear your scenery indexes, then restart sim to see if it helps. Sometimes old indexed data remains. Also recommend clearing out your rolling cache in case you have it enabled. Thanks!
