Hi Was this at a specific gate or location? Are you using any GSX profile for EGLL? Also ensure no duplicate config files for EGLL [%APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX\MSFS] folder. I tried at a few locations by selecting [Customize Airport Positions] > [Customize Parking] to enter the 3D editor, did not receive any such warnings. Tried via both LITE and normal RW GSX profiles available on iniManager. Thanks!

A320neo V2 throttle keeps going TOGA and REV on XBOX
richboy2307 replied to ConorLadd_'s topic in Systems
Have you tried to calibrate the throttles via the EFB [Options > Throttle Settings]? First click [Reset Calibration], then [Begin Calibration] and follow the steps by confirming each position. Thanks! -
Thanks for reporting back. Yes I was able to re-produce the issue on my end with [Landside Cars > ON]. Flagged for a fix. We'll look into it! Thanks!

Hey guys, Please post in English only on this forum! 🙏 But yes, use your ✅ Simbrief username (alpha-numeric) instead of the ❌ Pilot ID (numbers only). Thank you for your post. We depend on feedback/reports like yours to help improve the product wherever possible. 🙏 Per our team: "We have accurately simulated this. The heat is inside the brake assembly and has to radiate out. This was all taken from real timings / data on the 320. Carbon brakes on the 320 are expected to only start to show a large temp rise about 5/6 mins after landing and you will expect them to reach peak temps when you are on stand with engines off even." We've noted the other reported issues and will look into these. Thanks!

Hi, Sorry can you explain your question/request in more detail? Thanks!

Hi, Could you please provide the following info to help investigate further: Screenshot of the problem in Sim Screenshot of your scenery config settings on the iniManager EGLL product page Your road traffic density setting in the simulator [ General Options > Traffic > Road Vehicles slider (0-100) ] See screenshot below, and confirm this is the building you are referring to? I cannot see any such problems on my copy, however this may be setting related. Thanks!

Sorry not planned at the moment. But we do have our very own excellent A300F already with new PW engines and features coming! 😉

The Camera API of MSFS is not exposed to 3rd party tools, as such no good ones exist. You can download some premade views off of flightsim.to if you want. Alternatively try to assign keys (or better yet axis if you have a controller connected) to camera translation settings. It works the best for now and you get used to it after a bit 🙂 Sorry, not planned currently.

Hi, No, there isn't a [LDG PERF] calculator on the A310 for MSFS currently. This might indeed be a carry-over from the x-plane version. I will flag it for the team, thanks!

Hi, It is safe to simply run the update via iniManager. 1) It will automatically create a new folder inside your community folder, called [inibuilds-airport-egll-heathrow], where the latest version will be installed. 2) Before you run your simulator, just delete the old folder, called [inibuilds-airport-egll-london] to avoid duplicate sceneries to be loaded. If you delete the folder *before* running inimanager, it will show the scenery as uninstalled and download a fresh copy of the latest version anyways. So the order makes no difference effectively. After downloading, it may still show [UPDATE AVAILABLE] intermittently. Please ignore this for now, simply configure the options as necessary and close the manager. The team is aware of erroneous update available notification and working on a fix. Thanks!

Thanks, the team is aware of the update status issue. Working on a fix. Meanwhile you can disable automatic product updates to avoid a download loop. Scenery and config options should still work as of iniManager version 2.3.3. Thanks!

Inibuilds EGLL still shows as "update available'
richboy2307 replied to Dani0100's topic in Support (Windows)
Hi, thanks, yes the team is aware of the "update available" issue. A possible fix has been pushed. Please check now and let us know in case you are still getting this error. Thanks! As for GSX profiles, you can access the "full" profile via the [Home] > [GSX Profiles] section on the side bar. You should see both versions there. -
Hi Jack! Glad you are enjoying the plane! No maintenance should not be required after every flight, especially if you have set it to disabled. Please verify that it says on the top right of the Maintenance Mode section on Settings page 2/2 that the current maintenance mode is set to DISABLED? What indications/factors are you looking at to decide that you need to "fix" the APU or other items? Some more information will go a long way. Thanks! 🙂

Changing settings in London Heathrow via Inimanager
richboy2307 replied to jamcgee1978's topic in Support
Hi, There is no documentation with this scenery. You can configure Heathrow (EGLL) scenery features and texture options via the IniManager tool. Simply go to My Products > EGLL You should see the configuration options there. Please note any changes will only take effect after a sim restart! An update was pushed out to address users not being able to see these Configuration options with v3.1.0 update. Please check again Thanks! -
Hi a fix has already been pushed out. Can you please relaunch your iniManager and check again? You may need to update EGLL again. Thanks!

I just tried again, still running into the same issue. - Loaded up at EGNM - Using Navigraph Navdata (Latest Cycle) -Route: EGNM LAMIX L603 ROGAG DCT MAM DCT WTZ DCT KOK EBBR Here's the video:

I am using Navigraph Navdata (latest cycle) but from my understanding the ini a310 just falls back on default sim navDB anyways? I'll try again to see if I can replicate the above and report back.

Hi, Great plane and thank you! Only done a flight so far but issues I came across below: Route: EGNM LAMIX L603 ROGAG DCT MAM DCT WTZ DCT KOK EBBR 1) Unable to select between conflicting waypoints Entered the flightplan manually via F-PLN page. No matter by typing in MAM directly on the page, or via the LAT REV page (on waypoint ROGAG) it automatically selects MAM (VOR/DME) in Mexico, instead of the MAM (TACAN/DME) in UK. It does not give any option to select between these 2 conflicts either. Not sure if its due to filtering out ONLY DME stations, or some other issue not giving option to select between 2 waypoints with same name. Checked MSFS Nav DB via LittleNavMap: 2) Unable to enter specific waypoint Unable to select WTZ via the LAT REV page (on waypoint ROGAG), NEW WPT section. Typing WTZ into that section clears the scratchpad, but the MCDU remains frozen on the LAT REV page, as if no valid input was received. Was able to enter WTZ via F-PLN page directly though. Tried deleting and re-entering waypoint and was able to recreate this. For reference, this page: Checked MSFS Nav DB via LittleNavMap: Other observations/suggestions: A) Taxi Lights are Too Dark - In my opinion the Taxi Lights are too dark for use at night, needing to be increase to TO position to be of any use. Either its fall-off or brightness needs to be tweaked for a better balance. Found it to be particularly an issue where there's no taxiway centreline night lighting on the scenery. B) Nav Lights (Trailing Edge White Lights) Too Bright - The trailing edge white lights on wingtips seem way too bright, creating a huge splash zone on the ground behind. Its almost as if there are 2 landing lights going out the rear of the wingtip (see attached image for reference). Thanks again for looking into it. Overall very pleased with this aircraft and glad to fly it!
