Hi, For a third-party creator to host an item on the official Microsoft Marketplace, especially for console delivery, strict copyright and trademark rules apply. Microsoft cannot legally distribute trademarked commercial airline logos globally on their storefront without official licensing agreements, which prevents many free community packs from ever coming to the console Marketplace. Hi, Sorry to hear you're having issues importing your flight plan. From what I've seen, this is usually caused by the SIM navdata and your SimBrief navdata being out of sync. Could you please confirm the aircraft, simulator, and SimBrief AIRAC cycle you're using all match? Thanks!

Hi, try the following troubleshooting steps: Make sure the simulator is completely closed. Locate your Community Folder. Rename your Community Folder to Community1. Relaunch the simulator. This should create a new Community folder. Once you reach the main menu, close the simulator. Move the A350 from Community1 into the newly created Community folder. Launch the simulator again.
