Hi, We've received a few reports of similar behavior. As a temporary workaround, if you spawn in at the gate, try using the GSX reposition option to reposition yourself at the gate. This should allow the multi-jetway to function properly. As for GSX, correct, this is a limitation we're currently aware of, and we're awaiting further clarification from the GSX team.
