  1. Hi, usually we don't aim for compatibility between mods or other 3rd party developers when we make our sceneries. I can't recall if we have an option to disable the solar farm. I can ask the team but ultimately if it's duplicated and non-controllable then the solution is to remove the mod/3rdParty or wait for compatibility from the specific 3rd party creator. Thank you
  2. i'll pass this along to the team, thank you. If possible could one of you attach an image or video. Thank you.
  3. We are excited to access the marketplace on PlayStation. Once we have access we'll evaluate what from our catalogue we can bring to PS5. Thank you for your patience :)

Yes this would be the case.
  5. It's logged for the team, just hasn't been gotten around to yet, but has not been forgotten :)

The VDGS that ships with the scenery is a Static VDGS so it will not display anything, just the model is present in order to be faithful to the airport design
  7. I've passed this suggestion along to the team.
  8. We have not received any additional information regarding the action plan for this issue at this time. This is an Asobo-acknowledged sim bug since SU5 Beta that has inadvertently broken the way specific types of clickspot interaction points are rendered dependent on zoom levels and resolutions. This will affect any aircraft coded with this specific type of interaction required for protruding 3D objects that move outwards on interaction. You can test it yourselves by enabling Developer Mode > Tools > Behaviours > Debug > Interactions. You'll note it works perfectly as intended in dev mode, but breaks without it. We don't have any viable workaround so cannot address it our end alone unfortunately in any way that will still make the switches behave as they ought to.
  9. Can either of you get a video for me of this occurring? Either YT link or Google Drive link is fine. I think I recall experiencing this myself and will try to get it recorded myself if not possible. Thank you

I'll ask the team to revist this, I don't have VR so I can't hop in and test for myself. If anyone would like to gather footage of the issues that are being encountered that would also help. Thank you.
  11. There was a thread that I had created not too long ago that asked for users to chime in and ask for missing liveries, which was in turn submitted to the team. It's going to be pushed again at a future meeting with mentions from this thread as well. Thank you.
  12. Known issue that we are investigating with Asobo.
  13. Logged for the team.
  14. I do not unfortunately. This isn't to say that there isn't being progress made. I just cannot attest to how, why, or when a fix might be coming as it's primarily simulator side from what I do know; we are exploring options for 3rd Party aircraft regarding performance following SU5 but no timetable for that as well. More information is probably better sought on the Microsoft Forums where they can answer more concretely than I can for the simulator as a whole. https://forums.flightsimulator.com/
  15. Hello Francesco, We are aware of the issues plaguing Xbox users following SU5 alongside Asobo whom are investigating the issue on their end as well as it is something that changed with SU5. Thank you.

    No problem :)
  17. No eta at this time for it's arrival into the IniManager, was the aircraft selected in the free flight menu when you went to update and install. Most often times this can break the install function and as such can lead to this error. Select a default Cessna or some other aircraft and then try to update and install Tristar again after relaunching the sim. Let me know if this helps.
  18. Jamir replied to AndyM's topic in Support
Correct, let me know if this is still occurring. Thank you
  19. Hi, when this happens it is usually because a livery is out of date or a mod is conflicting with the aircraft outright. Clear your community folder and attempt with the 3rd party livery you'd like to try, if it's still occurring than that's a sign that livery is out of date with current versions of the A350.
  20. You're only seeing this on Transpacific flights I take it?

Access is private. Should be able to change the settings when you share the link to "anyone with access can view"
  22. Hi, this looks like the MXI Designs LGZA which is available on our store but not our product. The Inibuilds LGZA is only for FS2024, hope this clears things up. Thank you.
  23. Usually initial loads and aircraft updates will take about 10-20 minutes depending on the systems hardware to first load and initialize the aircraft. If you have interrupted it during that load I recommend reinstalling the aircraft as interrupting the initial load can sometimes lead to issues down the line. Let me know if this helps.

Hi, this is something I can pass to the team to take into consideration.
  25. Hi, can you attach an image of this happening in sim and which livery it is, if it's 3rd Party or from IniManager as well? Thank you
