Hi, Sorry you are having this issue, please try clearing your cache folders found in %appdata% > Local and Roaming. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the scenery. Hopefully this helps.

Hello, Due to the way the update system works in the Marketplace works and how it handles updates, we had to label the Inibuilds A340 Marketplace Version as 1.0.8 whereas on the IniManager it is 1.0.7. That being said both aircraft are on versions 1.0.7 and with the release of 1.0.9, both Marketplace and Inibuilds Manager Versions will be synchronized with each other as 1.0.9. The v.1.0.7 changelog is current to the v.1.0.8 version which you are seeing on the Marketplace currently, sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Thank you.

Hi, I tested this with my own equipment (I don't have a Honeycomb) and I wasn't able to reproduce any failures/state changes when unplugging and re-plugging in any of my peripherals. Now that being said in most cases simulators don't like to be plugged and unplugged during operations and can result in simply nothing happening or the entire simulator crashing. I will still forward this along to the team but my strongest recommendation is to mitigate the chances of the simulator detecting a controller change/unplugging. Thank you.

Thank you for these, I have yet to encounter this so while the team investigates this I can recommend at this time that you clear the WASM folder via this thread: You can also try unplugging the Honeycomb Alpha to see if the inputs are conflicting with any other peripherals that may be in use at the time, changing the aircraft livery to either the default one or one that is verified as up to date, and ultimately if those do not work you can try a full uninstall and reinstall of the aircraft.

Hi, sorry at this time I do not know how to add oil as I have never used this aircraft. It's possible someone on YouTube might have flown this aircraft and might have done an in-depth look at the systems but I unfortunately do not possess this knowledge. I am sorry I am unable to assist further.

Hi, Are you able to record a clip of what is happening in sim and attach here that way we can better assist? Somethings to check for are that the chocks have been removed from the aircraft via the EFB/Walkaround Mode. Are there any double bindings that are re-enabling the parking break after disabling it?

Hi, The paint kit version is v1.0.1 whereas the current version of the A340-300 available is v.1.0.7. As such the version 1.0.1 paint kit is compatible and current with A340 version 1.0.7. Hope this clears up any confusion between the differing version numbers. Thank you.

I appreciate the clarification, whilst you are unable to directly remove the EFB from the aircraft, you are capable of entering all the information into the MCDU that is required for standard flight operations manually at any time without need of the EFB.

Hello, Sorry for the delayed response, upon checking in v.1.0.7 I have found that I am able to clip through the headrest with the cockpit camera however I will still raise the suggestion of movable/removable seats in the aircraft. Thank you.

Hi, Sorry if I misunderstand what you are asking. When you ask to isolate the EFB, do you mean as to disable the EFB completely? Or are you asking if you can simply use the EFB for calculations, but then manually input the data from the EFB to the FMC alongside the routing/init data? If that is what you are asking then yes, you can choose to manually enter data into the MCDU without having to use the tablet.

Hi, Investigations have already begun into issues surrounding CU13 and their respective POIs, and the POIs that come with the Inibuilds KLAX scenery for 2024. At current time I can recommend disabling the Inibuilds POIs in the IniManager under KLAX Enhanced and this should resolve any conflicting POIs until a fix is released. Thank you
