Any additional keybinds that could be conflicting?

This happens to me all the time, multiple aircraft. Interesting it’s happening only with A300. I’ll see if others have this issue while I get my computer replaced, and then see if I can repro it on my end.

Hi, TriStar walk around mode fix is coming in update 1.0.8 barring any unforeseen issues. A300 issue is known about, and we are actively working towards a resolution. The aircraft is usable as I’m still flying it as I investigate issues outside of this as well as it being a personal favorite of mine.s As for updating the L1011, select a different aircraft from the list in free flight, return to content manager, then download and install. TriStar will be available on IniManager at a later date and will be available to be transferred at that time. Thank you for understanding.

Hi, I haven't been able to reproduce this, can you fully uninstall then reinstall the aircraft and if you are still having issues, record and upload the video to either YT or Google Drive then link here that way we can see what may be happening. Thank you.

Hello and welcome, The A350 is definitely a step in a different direction coming from the 777s and 737s but once you master the differences, there isn't a place in the world that the A350 can't take you. I noticed this happening to me over Svalbard coming from North Pole, I don't use the setting regarding GPS Jamming yet still was able to get this issue happening. I shall pass this to the team.

This is a known issue regarding the A300 and A310 in SU5. We have not received any additional information regarding the action plan for this issue at this time. This is an Asobo-acknowledged sim bug since SU5 Beta that has inadvertently broken the way specific types of clickspot interaction points are rendered dependent on zoom levels and resolutions. This will affect any aircraft coded with this specific type of interaction required for protruding 3D objects that move outwards on interaction. You can test it yourselves by enabling Developer Mode > Tools > Behaviours > Debug > Interactions. You'll note it works perfectly as intended in dev mode, but breaks without it. We don't have any viable workaround so cannot address it our end alone unfortunately in any way that will still make the switches behave as they ought to.

Hi, this is because of two reasons; the first is due to how the team worked around some funky terrain to make the runway at EGLC appear authentic to it real world counter-part and the other being that the MSFS Failures don't exactly interact to well with both 3rd Party Aircraft and scenery and can sometimes trigger the "Crash Event" for said in game failures. It is recommended to disable all of the MSFS Failures that can be found in the Game Assistances menus. Let me know if this helps.

Have you installed any 3rd party liveries or mods specifically for the A350-1000? If so it's possible that this could be causing the crash on loading for one but not the other

Hi, it's possible that something might have a duplicate binding. Is your spoilers binded to mixture as well accidentally or intentionally. The mixture axis will still cutoff fuel to the engines if binded and manipulated and can sometimes end up binded. Let me know if this helps

Hi Chris, I understand your frustrations with the aircraft and rest assured that we don't have broken iterations of the aircraft just left on the Marketplace. It sounds like something may have actually corrupted during the installation of the aircraft as over the past few months we've done a great deal of WASM bashing with 350 and 340 to identify, fix, and then attempt to replicate until WASM crashes are non-reproduceable. It sounds like something however may have corrupted during the initialization of the aircraft which could be causing these issues to appear more than is currently experienced across PC and Xbox. If you could try uninstalling the aircraft, fully restarting the Console, then reinstalling the aircraft to see if this helps. Thank you.

Hi, just to verify you don't have an additional light packages that affect aircraft or airport lighting? Just the A350 and the sceneries are the only 3rd party content in use at the time?
