  5. Hi there, What version does the iniManager say you're on? You may have to uninstall it entirely, clear the cache folders in \AppData\Roaming and \AppData\Local then re-installing the .exe from the official website again. We recently pushed a new iniManager update that may not have been installed properly on your system. Let me know if that makes any difference 🙂 Thank you

  9. Hello, We are not ignoring this issue. We have communicated already that it is proving to be a lot more difficult to get to the bottom of simply due to the fact that we cannot reliably reproduce it. I understand that is frustrating and I do not dismiss that frustration whatsoever, but, we are doing what we can. From what I understand, going back to the menu after you've spawned in and back to the same gate should fix the issue. It is of course not ideal, but should be a temporary work-around. Thank you

  11. Hello! Unfortunately, the way the marketplace works is that it does not allow any free content to be uploaded; this goes for every developer. It is an unfortunate reality as it stands but I do believe MS/Asobo have mentioned the possibility of free content to be uploaded to the MSFS2024 marketplace at some point in the future.     CTD loading in!

    Hello. We are working on getting 1.1.3 out; should be soon. Please let me know afterwards if this update manages to resolve it for you. CTDs are almost impossible to track, especially with such vague crash logs. Have you attempted to run the 350 in an empty community folder? This is to rule out any other conflicting issues. If not, please try renaming your community folder to 'Community1' then copying the A350 in to the new empty community folder MSFS creates when you restart. I understand this is extremely frustrating and I wish I had a quick solution to give, however, this is the best I can do for now. Let me know how the above goes and we can go from there. Thank you 🙂

  17. Hello again, Spoke with the team and unfortunately the way the aircraft is structured is that it is built for the FS2024 environment and back-ported to 2020. Now, that doesn't mean the 2020 version is not native to the simulator, but we've had to make some sacrifices in order to bring it to the former simulator. As it stands, I do not believe we are able to refine this further. Your understanding is very much appreciated and I apologise for the inconvenience. Thank you 🙂

Hello again, Can you please try logging out, uninstalling the iniManager entirely, clearing your cache folders in C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\ then reinstalling the exe again from the website. This has resolved the issue for many others. If this still doesn't fix it, I'll escalate it to the team. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    My apologies, I was under the assumption this thread was for MSFS2024. Disregard. Unfortunately, the crash logs you are getting tell us basically nothing on what could be causing this. Can you verify you are on version 1.1.2? You can do so by going into your community folder then into the a350 folder; there you should find a "manifest" file. Please open it using a text editor (notepad) and check what version is written there. Let me know what it says. Thank you 🙂
  21. Hello, We are having no issue receiving ATIS or send PDC. Please try a complete uninstall then reinstall. Make sure you are indeed on the latest version (1.1.2). You can verify this by going to OPTIONS on the OIS and looking in the bottom left for the version number. Thank you
  22. Hello, Have you ensured all damage and assists are turned off in the MSFS settings? Please double check as they sometimes have the habit of randomly resetting themselves. Thank you

  25. Hello, Your settings are stored in the work folder, where you for example clear your WASM. You may be deleting those when clearing your WASM. Let me know if you need any additional information! 🙂
