Hello, First of all, apologies for the inconvenience. We hate these WASM crashes as much as you all do, if not more. We've created a guide on how to report said crashes. This makes it a lot easier for us to identify the issue. Please create separate threads with the necessary information. It may also be worth using the autosave feature we built to no longer need to scrap an entire flight. Restarting the simulator then loading an autosave file to keep going from the same point you left off from - should take max 10 minutes depending on your simulator load-times. Hello, Lighting issues were a known problem in the SU4Beta environment. I believe an update for the beta was pushed that fixed that; not 100% sure however. Glad that you managed to sort it out however. 🙂

Hello, As mentioned by Hartley, please follow the above linked guide and create separate threads for each person. In the mean time, we have created the autosave feature for situations like these. Hello all, If you are having WASM crashes, it is important to 1) Use the autosave feature to avoid getting too frustrated. 2) Reporting it following the guide we have created: We have fixed countless of WASM crashes; what remains are edge-cases that are either not reproducible by us or too random for us to catch in testing. I understand it is frustrating, not dismissing that whatsoever, but we need your help to help you back. Again, if you are experiencing WASM crashes, follow the above guide and create a separate thread reporting said crash. This thread will be locked for future reference.

Hello, by PAX characters, are you referring to GSX or the ones that come with the scenery itself? I'll suggest the Flying School containers to our scenery team 🙂 We didn't see much of a clash when testing the compatibility with the Orbx landmarks pack and our airport. Hello, This option is only available for iniManager users, I'm afraid. But not to worry! Your emails have no affect on transfer eligibility. What is important is that you've provided proof of purchase. Your transfer should go through fault-free within 48 hours. Double check your spam folders if you have yet to receive anything after said time window. Thank you 🙂

The beta is a beta after all. Important to note that one version of the beta may function perfectly while subsequent versions may not and vice versa. Your "placebo" may very well be not a placebo. 🙂

Aside from the two "workarounds" mentioned above, there is not much we can provide trouble-shooting wise unfortunately. We will continue to look into why this is happening and are hopeful in bringing out a fix sooner rather than later. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated.

Clearing the cache folders in %appdata%/Local & /Roaming should resolve any similar issues going forward. Thank you
