  1. Hi, Thanks for the suggestion! I'll pass it on to the art team :)
  2. Hi, We have communicated multiple times that this issue proved to be much trickier than we originally anticipated. We are having issues getting to the root of the problem but we are doing our best to figure out a fix as soon as possible. I understand it's frustrating but that is all we can say at this time. I promise, we are working on it. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience everyone. I will report back in this thread once we have resolved this. For now, locking this thread. Thank you
  3. haha no worries. I realised that after I had sent the message here too 😉
  4. Hi there, Thank you for the report. This was already communicated to us via our Discord channel and I've let the team know. Apologies for the inconvenience! Thank you
  5. Hello, This was resolved with yesterday's big update (1.0.3). Enjoy!
  6. Hello, I assume this was prior to latest update. I just tried it on 1.0.3 and have no issues. Please try again on latest and let me know. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you! 🙂
  7. Hi there, I'm not able to replicate this. "Wing lights on" and "wing lights off" work perfectly fine when binded. Are you sure there are no conflicting binds? Microsoft_Flight_Simulator_2024_2025.04.17_-_10.52.48.01.mp4
  8. Hello, Lots of WASM fixes were introduced with yesterday's patch. I can't say for sure if this issue is guaranteed fixed. Most likely something you'll have to try and see. I personally never had any WASM issues when trying to repro this in the past.
  9. Hi there, What reg is this livery?
  10. Hello, What kind of anti-aliasing option are you currently on? I've tried going through all texture resolution options and have no issue. Sharp on TAA and Balanced/Quality versions of DLSS/AMD FSR. Once you start going into the performance options for those upscales, the OIS and other screens tend to get slightly blurry, but there's no way to counteract that, unfortunately. Just to make sure, do you mind grabbing me a screenshot of how it looks for you? Thank you 🙂
  11. Hi there, Thank you for the report. I'll pass this along 🙂
  12. Hmm, I'll let the team know and we'll see what we can do. Thank you!
  13. Hi there, Looks like the weathering may be a little messed up here. In the OIS, if you drag the weathering slider, does this visual disappear/decline? I am not able to reproduce this unfortunately. Also, double check you're on version 1.0.2 of the G-XWBB livery. Thank you 🙂
  14. Hi, We'll try to get most if not all liveries up on the marketplace. Now that the FS2024 marketplace allows freeware content, you won't be charged for liveries. FS2020 however will still require a price tag on content. Thank you
  15. Hello, We're aware of this 🙂 Thank you for the report regardless!
  16. Hi there, We're aware of this, thank you for the report! 🙂
  17. Hello, Apologies for the late reply. This should be resolved in the 1.0.8 update slated for the end of this week. Please let me know if not. Thank you!
  18. Hello, I understand this issue is frustrating but it's proved to be a quite tricky to resolve. We are still working towards fixing this. Apologies for the inconvenience!
  19. Hi there! Thank you for the kind words. As for the issue you're seeing, please report back after version 1.0.8 is released and let me know if you still see this issue. The update is slated for the end of this week. Thank you 🙂
  20. Hello Jack, I can't say I've experienced this. Apologies for the inconvenience! Will take a look and report back 🙂
  21. Hi, Will pass this along. Thank you 🙂
  22. Hello, Are you still experiencing this issue (assuming your throttles have arrived)? Thank you
  23. Hi there, The way it currently works is that you must have filled in the FUEL & LOAD page first. Without that filled in, there's no VNAV profile and as such, deletes/ignores steps. However, we are reworking the logic for the upcoming update (planned for end of week), so please check again after this update and let us know if you're still experiencing this issue. Thank you! 🙂
  24. Hi there, Please attach an autosave file for that timestamp. That will help us pinpoint what the issue is as a CTD is usually irregular and hard to conclude what the reason is. Guide here: Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience!
  25. Hello, Thank you Philippe for the detailed report. Will pass this along 🙂
