  1. Hello, We have a fix for this in testing. I will personally ping you both here once it's been pushed. No ETA yet but sooner than later. Thank you
  2. Hello, Apologies for no response, your post was made during nighttime of our community team. Nonetheless, you have ensured your card was in fact charged? Thank you
  3. Hi there, I'll forward the suggestion to our livery artists. It is unlikely to be fulfilled soon as they are very busy working on the plethora of liveries for the upcoming A350. I'm hoping someone will release one through fs.to sooner than later! Maybe I'll give it a try myself 😉 Thank you!
  4. Hello, Apologies for the late reply. Not really sure what may be going on here. I would suggest a reinstall of the scenery. If that doesn't solve it, let me know. We have not seen any similar issues in testing prior to release. Thank you
  5. Hello, What are you referring to?
  6. The issue appears to be that the ILS only becomes "active" (as seen on bottom left of the PFD) whenever you're panning views (i.e. using right mouse click). As the ILS signal is not active, the LOC/GS capture is naturally not working. We aren't able to reproduce this issue on our end, so we suspect something hardware or keybinds related is causing a conflict that is affecting the availability of ILS signal. So trying a different mouse will help narrow down the issue if on hardware side. Whereas changing controller profiles (mouse related) or interaction modes might help in case of a conflicting keybind. If that still is not helpful, I would advise waiting for an upcoming update and trying again after that. May resolve the issue then. Unfortunately cannot comment on when an update by MS/Asobo will be pushed. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.
  7. Hello @ChristerH @dmajestic80 Apologies for the late reply gents. Seems this thread went a little under the radar as it was made during the holidays. Alas, let's get to it. We've had similar reports to this (this exact one from you earlier Christer on our Discord) and we've tried reproducing with no success. We suggested you try using a different mouse and check if it's reproducible. Alternatively, some issues are solved by completely reinstalling the simulator; I'd give that a try as well. Again, really sorry to hear that you two are experiencing this. Hopefully above will resolve it. Thank you! 🙂
  8. Hi there! Thank you for the very detailed feedback. I'll make sure to pass this along to the team! 🙂
  9. Very odd. I'll try to reproduce and get back to you. Apologies for the inconvenience!
  10. Have you attempted the trouble-shooting in the post above yours? Thank you
  11. Hi there! This behaviour was noted and I believe as far as corrected but has yet to make it into the simulator through an update. I'm hoping sooner than later but rest assured we are at the very least aware of the problem! 🙂 Thank you
  12. Hi again, Seems to be the case of being very (too) faint; I've reported it to the team. Thank you! 🙂
  13. Hello! Apologies for the inconvenience. We are aware of the freezing issue as per: As for liveries, please ensure the iniManager is recognizing the correct community folder. If you're unsure what folder is being used by MSFS2024, check:1. Click the "Marketplace" icon next to your profile picture2. Click "My Library"3. Next to the search bar, click the cogwheel and make sure the correct community folder is in use. Hope that helps! Thank you 🙂
  14. Hello, I assume you have installed through the iniManager? Can you do me a favor and try uninstalling then installing again? Let me know if it stills persists and I'll take a look again! Thank you 🙂
  15. Hi there, If you installed the simulator in the first week of it's launch, I strongly recommend you reinstall now; could solve a lot of issues. Also try clearing your WASM folder: For sensitivity, we generally recommend linear with no curve values. Let me know if the above helps 🙂 Thank you
  16. Hello, The default MSFS2024 aircraft all are MS/Asobo products. It is entirely up to them whether or not they stay 2024 exclusive. And no, it would not work in FS2020 simply by buying FS2024. I believe many have suggested this option to MS on their forums already; again, up to them if they'd like to action it. Thank you 🙂
  17. Hi again, Glad it's sorted for you! Regarding the Merc vans, I'll double check with the team if it's indeed noted, but like you say, it most likely is. My pleasure and thank you! 🙂
  18. Hi! Have you ensured the community folder in question is being recognized by the simulator? To double check: 1. Click the "Marketplace" icon next to your profile picture 2. Click "My Library" 3. Next to the search bar, click the cogwheel and make sure the correct community folder is in use. Let me know if the above has been confirmed 🙂 Thank you
  19. Hi, Thank you for the report. Are you seeing this issue across all variants? I tried to reproduce and there is a sound made each time; see video: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 2025.01.15 - 09.23.39.04.mp4
  20. Hi Stacy, Can confirm that I'm able to reproduce this as well. For now, try to position your camera in a way that the sunscreen "bar" isn't directly behind your cursor when using the EFB. I've let the team know. Apologies for the inconvenience! Thank you 🙂
  21. Hello Nixon, Glad to see you're enjoying the Taifun! For now, no plans to update the 108 to FS24; this is something we may revisit in the future however. The aircraft team is very busy with the A350-900, -1000, -900 ULR, Spartan 7W Executive and updating the plethora of default Microsoft busses we have; hands are full! 🙂 But again, we may revisit this in the future. Thank you! 🙂
  22. Hello, Please try clearing your respective WASM folders and try to reproduce any freezing-related issues you may have. Thank you
  23. Hi there! The team is aware of this issue; will be fixed in a future update. Thank you for the report! P.S: That city lighting on the last shot is phenomenal! Thank you
  24. Hello, MS/Asobo have full control on changes/updates/additions to the default aircraft. Any suggestions should go on the MSFS forums https://forums.flightsimulator.com/ 🙂 Thank you!
